Rose and Joey are first and foremost KIND and NICE! They truly understand customer service, and they execute it to PERFECTION!!!! Now, onto the cigars, theyre incredibly amazing. Seriously! I wish I knew about this place sooner, as I am from the area and had no clue. They handroll on site, which means their product is always fresh. Prices and variety is great. My fave is the two toned, but I am looking to try the cognac cigar soon. I first went with a colleague one night - and weve been back multiple times. They have an outside set up where you can sit, enjoy a smoke, while also sipping a drink. And the people watching is amazing as you sit and enjoy your smoke. It doesnt get any better!

Best cigar shop. I like the pictures of celebrities the owner has on the wall. The employees are great people, I even met the owner he’s a great guy.

This place is heaven on earth! For the past two months I think I’ve taken a weekly trip to Little Italy just to have a cigar and chill with Joey and Rose! You can do some serious people watching while enjoying a freshly rolled cigar and drinks (I strongly recommend the strawberry pina colada). I have my own personal collection of cigars from a variety of shops but nothing beats the quality of Mulberry Street Cigars and the courtesy Joey and Rose give to their customers. I’ve visited the place with a colleague and they absolutely love it too! I love the Churchill, two tone, and cognac/vanilla/rum flavored cigar! You can’t be an experienced or casual cigar smoker and visit NYC without stopping by!

This cigar shop is absolutely top notch. Its my go-to when Im in the city. Walking out of one of the many restaurants in Little Italy after a killer meal and knowing an amazing hand rolled cigar is waiting just down the block, is one of the best parts of visiting NYC. Stop in, find the perfect cigar, and even have a nice chat with the owners. I cant wait to get back.

First of all, this place is awesome. I havent said that about any place in New York until now. The people there were great. My favorite hand rolled cigars, hands down. Order them often. And if Angela is reading this review, I only have one left =)...no wait, Im out!These guys shipped me some next day so I could have them for my trip to Vegas..Thanks guys. Only way to make this place better is to move them to Texas.

Love this place. Very knowledgeable on the cigars. The hand rolled are phenomenal. I love all the famous pictures of the actors all the walls a real family oriented cigar shop.

The first time I seen this family roll these cigars in front of my face I was amazed. Then when I had one it changed my whole trip. I went back and bought more for my family and friends at home . I was so impressed with there freshness and variety. I recently had a son and ordered cigars from them per Italian tradition. The box came delivered earlyer then expected with some free goodies celebrating my boy. Thank you guys for the amazing product and outstanding service. Best cigar Ive ever had hands down.

A good chat to the woman outside the store regarding strengths and flavours .. She talked me through the freshly rolled stock and I chose me cigars she then said if I picked a fifth cigar I would get a $1 off each cigar I bought, five it is then..A great selection inside all the big brands with cutters and lighters too... Very friendly and helpful...

This is one of the finest establishments I have had the privilege of going to. The experience is like no other from the hand rolled cigars or simply the environment. I even moved and reached out to them and they were more than willing to accommodate and ship whatever I needed.

Started following Mulberry Cigars a few months ago on instagram. Got a chance to come to New York and stopped by the location to pick up a few hand rolled cigars. The cigars were amazing & the customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be back again.

Every time I am in nyc I make sure to stop into the shop they have a great selection they’re very knowledgeable and helpful and the hand rolled cigars are the best. I’ve been to shops all over but mulberry st cigar company is the best.

Terrible customer service 5-7 days turn into 15 days and I had to call twice for measure guy to come out and check in with them about glass update

First place we visited after getting married... Amazing customer service, incredible cigars I literally couldnt fault Mulberry Street Cigars. So disappointing to be back in the UK and there isnt anywhere here that even comes close!!!

My brother and I were at the San Gennaro Feast this past year. Even though Mulberry Street Cigars was packed with people, we received stellar service. The cigar selection was superb, staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Why wouldnt you get your cigars at Mulberry Street Cigars? Always a great excuse to go to Mulberry St and grab a great bowl of linguini and clam sauce. Plus you never know who you will run into!

Excellent selection of cigars. In house hand rolled cigars are phenomenal you can smell the earthy hearty tobacco from the street. Cigars are stored in climate controlled cabinets

Great place my family alway ce here in the summer to have a great meal at a near by restaurant and then walk and have a great cigar from here. The staff is great the product just as great as I walk out it just make me feel happy and glad I make my way here. Prices are good you can find good deals as well. See you guys so in the summer.

I dont care what people say! There is nothing like going into a fine cigar shop like Mulberry Street Cigars and having a smoke with likeminded people. Ok, dont compare their product to some of the really smooth Cuban cigars. I got a mild and sweet one - one of their own. It was ok. A little hard on the draw. It was a really muggy night so I didnt stay for long. All the Cuban cigars seemed at least x2.5 the price you get at duty free or away from stateside.The lady at the store was really friendly. That deserves half a star - especially in the city. I am not a connoisseur yet, and needed some help. She was helpful.This place is definitely worth a visit!!

My first indication that these were not very good cigars should have been when the roller was smoking a labeled cigar. Five minutes into a $12 cigar and discarded it. Would not recommend their own rolled cigars.

Great cigars I had been looking for a cigar with cognac I found here after about 10 years of looking thier were amazing had one with my son yesterday he loved it too he now wants to get box of them great staff and the cashier was so nice her and my wife were having a having a great conversation about how in California your not aloud to smoke in public I have paid up to 50bucs for a cigar and these cigars are in the same class.

Visiting New York, I really wanted to visit this place. Walked there in the drenching rain on Wednesday, time 14:15, shop was closed and no notice on the door. Can honestly say we were disappointed and soaking wet.
