A great place to get your doughnut fix on the way home (or wherever you go).The price is a bit steep for the size of a doughnut, but at the same time - who can place a price on a dozen of fresh, crispy outside, chewy inside goodness with 23 flavors like Green Tea Buzz and Coco Loco when you have a craving? So - lets be clear, this is a rich decadent indulgence when you feel blue or unappreciated :)Oh - and what else? - the staff is fabulous!
Was really excited because they make the donuts fresh in front of your eyes, but then got a little disappointed realizing they just take the mini-donuts and sprinkle them with flavored sugar. Got the paris time, rosemary road, bam berry, and they all tasted like sugar. At least the PBCP had after tastes of peanut butter and a little chili.
Definitely don’t get these delivered expecting them to be as good as in store. Maybe that’s a given, but considering the current times, I decided to try them out anyways. We ordered a set of 12.I would not recommend ordering them. They came all smushed and soggy, and seemed like they were the rejected donuts. Perhaps delivering all orders in a box could prevent this. Additionally, three of the donuts were incorrectly labeled/not the correct ones we ordered.Loved these in store though! If you want tasty donuts just go in person one day when life is back to normal 🍩
WORST SERVICE IN NYC! And thats saying a lot for NYC. 4 hours later and my order still never arrived. Contacted the store numerous times and they never even picked up or called back. Out 50$ and Ill never order here again and make sure to tell everyone I know to never order here especially due to the long string of reviews about other people never getting their order or, being extremely late. How are they still in business? Read all the delivery reviews before you gamble on your order here.
I was super full. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. The bill was fair for the quality of food. Feels similar to a restaurant in Philadelphia that I enjoyed visiting.
Do NOT order online. After placing an order to pick up and traveling there to pick up they said they couldn’t find the order and that they were closed at 3pm when the closing time was 6:30pm.I called to complain and the woman that got in the phone wouldn’t even let me talk. Poor customer service and a waste of time for something that is supposed to make things easier. Haven’t got a refund yet
Very friendly staff great food but the online system is glitched
Got some bags, mad price, dude kyle was a bit mean tho 0_0
I went here yesterday for the first time and the experience was amazing. Both employees Eddie and Stephanie were friendly and knowledgeable of all products and had excellent recommendations which were delicious. Definitely will become a repeat customer and will recommend to others.
As of Friday, August 20, 2020, from what I’ve seen, they are closed at this location.I can’t really give it a good rating yet until I’ve had a donut but when I went to the Manhattan location, they were closed despite saying it’s open on Google Maps. The directions guided me to 57th and 8th but all the subway entrances at all 4 corners of the intersection were closed. There was a sign at the southeast corner subway entrance that said to go to the Times Warner building but I didn’t know where it is. I tried to call the number for them on Google Maps but it went to voicemail. I was able to ask one of the doormen in the area if he could point me in the right direction and he said I had to go to the entrance at the corner of 59th and 8th. When I got there, the entire underground shopping area was completely closed off. I’ll still try to go back at the next available opportunity but I’ll have to wait until more businesses open in the city. Maybe then I can give a more accurate review but as of Friday, August 20, 2020, from what I’ve seen, they are closed at this location.
I would be 500 pounds if this place was on my way home from work. The donuts we got where so fresh and hot! Just melted in our mouths.
While walking to the train I wanted somthing sweet, but these mini donuts were extermly sweet. They were covered with some kind sand sugar and I felt like I was eating sand. Overall I didnt like them at all and would never go there again.
Yesterday afternoon was the first time I vistvisthis place it was so great. But more importantly for me was the customer service. I was there around 4:30 on 10/31/18. I did not get your name but you left an impression on me. That I called the owner and o told him how kind and took your time to explain. You are a winner in my book😊😊😊😊
Gave us old donuts that must have been sitting there for hours instead of taking two seconds to make fresh ones and didn’t give us the right order. Overall a total waste of money, wish we got the frozen yogurt next door instead.
Some of the best donuts Ive ever had. Theyre mini donuts, but theres a huge variety of flavors, and every time Ive had them, theyve been fresh, warm, and so light and delicious. Definitely recommend the Paris Time!
I always try to find a doughnut place while traveling so I was really looking forward to this place... sadly the customer service was dull and they got the order wrong. Didn’t open until 10am so can’t blame it on being too early! These are mini doughnuts with a minimum order of six, two flavors. All toppings are ground up or powdered, even the peppermint... which I was not happy about. Would have been happy just going to one of the hundreds of Dunkin Donuts sadly.
We love the lemon poppy seed..... And you cant go wrong with cinnamon sugar. So yummy
Truly delicious warm doughnuts served with a smile
This place will be the death of me. Its definitely my guilty pleasure.
These doughnuts were amazing. We stumbled upon this place accidently and are so happy we did. We tried a dozen donuts of the classic flavors. The man working there was great too. He was so friendly and personable.
Doughnuts were fine they didnt give us fresh ones but the ones in the bin that had been sitting. I would not travel to go here unless its already on your way. Still, not worth $6 for the tiny amount of doughnuts you get.
I think practically any doughnut you can have fresh is good. And so I had the cinnamon sugar and I think coco banana monkey? Even if I remembered the name the two tasted and looked very similar. I was a little disappointed because I thought I would have some covered in chocolate and coconut sprinkles... But they looked like cinnamon sugar. Krispy Kreme still whoops a55 for doughnut chains.
Classic mini donuts cooked fresh with a choice of sugars and dips. You pay for so little donuts that wont get you your fill.
Doughnuttery makes tiny donuts on the spot. Each one has a different flavor power, I liked the speckled strawberry and cinnamon sugar. This location is located in Turnstyles, which is an underground shopping area.
Aye so in summation, this donut is overrated but acceptable: too small for a real donuthead yadig? but it has bougie sugar dust and I’ll give em dope flavors so it’s a capable hipster trap and novelty donut type experience. so I’d serve it at a party where I’m hosting dubs with sweet tooth’s ya dig.
Cool little place in the underground, gave us extra donuts since it was closing time. :)
Rainbow sprinkle & cinnamon sugar is my favourite!
It was literally donuts made from the morning with powdered sugar. Disgusting
All of their donuts are miniature. They guy who served me was not friendly.
10.21.17 - Its located in the Underground Market starting from 57th Street to 59th street Columbus Circle MTA Station. The donuts are made fresh and essentially bite size. The staff is super friendly, but overall, I think you can do much better with other donut shops.
Best donuts in nyc
