Crispy Kreme financial district.Right on Broadway entrance of the Fulton sq. center on the main floor.As far as Donut experiences go, I give it an above average reviews since I prefer their donuts over Duncan.However, Crispy being a chain, isnt on the same level as the custom bakery donuts or the craft donuts like the donut factory on Grand St.However, I must predicate by saying I am no Donut connoisseur.In summary: its better than Duncan, but a step behind the craft donut establishments.

It was nice to finally visit this place. Interesting to see how the infamous donuts were made. It was a lot smaller than expected but still fun to experience. There were also limited flavors and you’re bound to find more in the other kk locations. And the apple donut wasn’t really good for it the top red glaze tasted like medicine. But still a fun NY experience!

It’s finally open inside the Fulton Center. I love their donuts!! It’s soooooooo good. You have so much flavors to choose from but you can’t go wrong with a glazed donut!! Friendly staff! Very clean! I definitely without a doubt highly recommend this place! Stop by and get your snack on.

A normal dozen glazed in another state costs $10, so they up charge $3 here. Also they ship in the doughnuts from across town so stale and gross. Don’t bother. You can get a better dozen at the grocery store.

Beware. In the rarest occasions, you will encounter a very rude girl working there. Came by at 8:45AM on September 2nd and wanted to Buy a dozen and get my first vaccine free donuts before heading to work, the girl rudely said “she is not open yet, I can’t scan or make an order until her manager arrives”. The vaccine free promotion doesn’t even need scanning when I came in the afternoon later. Customer service is important and you ain’t gonna get it here. Don’t come here in the morning, you’ll start your day on a very rough start.

All I can say is the donuts are quite good. I got two dozens for $13.99. I think its because of the day I went, but whatever. Damn good donuts, polished off them 2 dozens in 5 days. Not by myself tho😉

A great variety of 🍩 awaits you. Not as big as Times Square location, but still worthwhile. Get the vaccine💉 and get a free donut!! All this while getting the train. Try it!!

I asked for a dozen assorted donuts and they kept saying a dozen glaze over and over again it was like communicating to a brick wall and then they charged me for halloween assorted when i just got the regular assorted :/ i’m a college student don’t do that to me, and if you’re going to over charge me at least give me all 12 donuts....ya they only gave me 10. also i never knew they had a lemon donut??? or is it just expired either way i’m suing and getting my money back hope those two workers are fired tbh

Our company made an order for donuts which unfortunately due to a gliche in the system, resulted in twice the charge. After calling customer service at the store, they helped resolve our issue immediately. What actually really caught us by surprise, and which made the gesture really nice, was that the store manager personally called in follow-up a week later to make sure that the erroneous charge was fixed. Thats great customer service from a mega chain store. And to top it off, this place has been offering free donuts to the vaccinated, which as controversial some tried to make it (?), was to me a very generous gesture on part of a company that really didnt have to do anything, but was doing its part in helping end this pandemic. This makes me just like Krispy Kreme so much more as a company.

Some of the employees are aggressive and rude. Talked to one about too sweet hot chocolate and she behaved so badly.

The donuts here are freaking amazing and the service is one of the best. I strongly recommend you them out when you have a chance.

Krispy Kreme is definitely taking over the 5 boroughs. Home of the ‘Big Apple’ Donut (selling at $11) and where you are able to see how the donuts are made. This area usually has a line that goes halfway around the block, and the wait for me was about 20 minutes. While there, you can see the various Krispy Kreme merchandise they sell, and if you purchase the Big Apple Donut, they give ring a bell as a shout out.In terms of the food, my favorite are the donut holes (their version of munchkins), which tastes great with coffee. The donuts themselves I find them a bit too sweet. If you are a Krispy Kreme fan, I definitely recommend checking out this place, which is slowly becoming a tourist spot (as it is in the edge of Times Square)

This is my new spot for Krispy Kreme Donuts because the people there are awesome! I did an online order for the owe so good cheesecake donuts for part of my Sunday Brunch I was having and thought it was my lucky day and order dozens for next-day pick-up at this new location. Arrived for pick-up and was told they discontinue the cheesecake donuts and my order was canceled. I was mad (like a kid who just drops their ice cream cone), not only did they give me two(2) free dozen of any donuts I wanted but, top it off with a coupon for one(1) free dozen(original glazed) each month for one(1) year (7/20-7/21). Thank you FiDi and look forward to seeing more of you. Oh! one more thing please bring back the New York Cheesecake Donut. Thank you.
