Tried to pick up a package. There was a customer in the store already, but they wouldnt let pick up my package. They were incredibly rude, choosing to ignore me even though I was right there in the window asking politely to pick up a package. If youre going to be a UPS drop off point, let people pick up their packages.

Do not patronize this store. Purchased a phone from here and when I got home there was no receipt (which I needed to get a rebate) in the bag. When I went back, the so called manager (Brenda) told me her printer wasnt working so she couldnt print one and she had to wait for her boss to purchase another one. I called her a week later, on a Friday, and she said to come in the following Monday because she wouldnt be there Saturday and Sunday. The phone crashed on Saturday and when I went to the store, guess who was there? She couldnt figure out how to fix it and sent me to a corporate store (they replaced it then and there). After several more trips and phone calls to the store and almost 3 weeks later she tells me if her printer is still not working, to come in and she will give me the rebate herself, in cash. Hmm...In the interim, Ive called MetroPCS customer service and they say theyve never heard of one of their stores not being able to give a receipt or it taking this long to get a replacement printer and they want to talk to her.

This girl is so unprofessional, very slow and above all doesnt know how to work and interact with customers. ..Btw just bought the promotion two lines, 6gb of 4g lte high speed each,for 60$ and plus the tax for the phones,plus card activation...all comes to 135. The thing is that lady didnt tell that for the first month has to put 12$ for phone insurance,which she didnt mention,and I didnt ask for it too...

The two young ladies that work in the evenings were extremely helpful and professional. I needed a sim card for a new phone I purchased online because the embroidery around the card broke off when I tried to install it. The young ladies were able to use a card and connect the sim card and install it without selling me a new card. I was falsely told at another dealer that I would have to pay for the installation and a sim card. Thanks to these ladies I was able to avoid purchasing a new sim card.

This is the best store ive been in ! The manager brenda and her assistant alyssa were very helpful fast and easy ! Even transferred all my data to my new phone ! (Other metro stores wanted to chaRge me ) i do recommend going to this place ! And gave me a great deal on a case and screen !

This is by far the worst store ! I purchased an iphone 6 64gb for $766.00 unlocked from that store. Come to find out i called apple, the phone was never unlocked, they are not authorised to unlock iphone, and the printer never works or cant pay a bill because the so called service is down. The manager is the most nastiest, rude, disrespectful person you can ever encounter. Not only that but it took me three days to receive my money back. Fraudulent store ! Stay away.

Staffed by two women who dont care about helping you once a purchase is made. They are rude and very slow. They are so ignorant they cant even adjust settings on they phones they sell. Refused to honor my phone warranty. STAY AWAY!!!

Wont honor MetroPCs free phone deals unless you also buy like $30 worth of screen protectors and cases from them. Try the Clinton St location instead.

The employee here was rude and not knowledgeable.When I asked for help with my SIM card, she did not understand how to turn on my phone, she installed the SIM card upside down and forced it in, and then announced that there was a problem with my phone that would be impossible to solve.

Scam... Gross... They want $15 for a SIM card (10 on metro website) but get this they wont sell it to you unless they activate it in store for another $15... Disgusting I hope corporate puts a stop to this garbage store
