I wanted something custom and purchased here before so I figured I’d give them a try. To be fully transparent I did inquire somewhere local but the correspondence was not up to my expectations. I sent an email to Trax per their website’s direction and was connected to Giorgi. I followed direction and provided the information needed to begin the process. Giorgi worked with me until we got the design down to something I wanted. The process started in early February and I received my jewelry late April. Like me, you need to understand this is a process and doesn’t happen over night. Once I received the jewelry the pendant would not fit on the chain. Giorgi made it right for me, no questions asked. The next day labels to ship back to Trax were presented to me and I acted quickly to ship. Giorgi I’m return attentively shipped back via next day air for a very quick turn around time.I wanted to wait some time to write this review just to experience having it for more time. I will say that this thing looks great and is well made. I am very happy with everything. I must stress to anyone wanting jewelry to be patient and to trust the process. They sent me an invoice for 5,500 after I ask that guy many times are you 100% sure the price is 5,500 and he said yes!! Now I see that they wanted to scam me! It’s not my fault, he is a professional he should know his prices and quotes (scam)I don’t believe it I think they try to scam and play the bait and switch scam! I thought they were professional people but now I see that they are not. Trax seems to be a solid dude, but there are multiple reviews of customers getting the wrong chains… upon some research and a switch and bait from traxnyc on a tennis chain I bought,I come to find out traxnyc customers being switched and baited is a common occurrence.You can find multiple comments online on traxnyc review videos of how a customer purchased an xyz chain and the chain they received was yzx chain and when customer support or the Jeweler is confronted, the customer is given a list of bs reasons as to why.Trax himself seems like a standup 10/10 dudeTrax product team seem like they are 1/10 people.I doubt he knows anything about these bait and switch product issues his customers are going through. After doing my homework, I went to TraxNYC to get some jewelry. I was seen to by Josh (great guy), and even without knowing if I was spending $100 or $10k, I was treated like a rock star.
