I had a really good experience here. I called around to get quotes for the work that I needed done, and Auto Crew easily had the best price. Everywhere else I called tried to quote me higher for including certain parts and services, etc. With Auto Crew, all the extras were included in the original quote. He doesnt leave anything out that needs to be replaced. I really appreciate this thoroughness considering that everywhere else I called tried to charge extra for things that seemed essential to doing the job right. I’ve been out here in Oregon for less than a year, and I don’t know many people, much less anyone I can say is a good, reasonable, and honest mechanic shop.My trucks clutch gave out on me, and all I could think of was who would I go to and where would I go.The tow truck driver was very polite, and he had told me he had recommended a couple of people to Auto Crew and they were satisfied. He said I should ask for Carlos, but you’ll have to find the number online.So, I called him after work, and described to him what happen with my truck, he explained to me that it could be two number of things and he went into detail and quoted me. I was clueless since I have never owned a stick in my years, and didn’t know much about it.I did my homework to make sure the price quoted wasn’t over priced. When I did get my answers I felt relief but the cost was high no matter what .I came to pick up my truck, and I had forgotten valuables in there and didn’t remember, but when It did come Monday And I picked up my truck I saw imy tablet in the passenger seat where I left it and my Tom Tom and I liked that. Not only did I like their integrity but my truck was left feeling good.I now know a mechanic and I just took my car for an oil change and I recommend Carlos and the Auto Crew to everyone !

My 2014 Ram 1500 4x4 was making a grinding noise however only in reverse.I could hear it coming from the rear end so I thought something was wrong with the rear deferential I took it in to Auto Crew and Carlos had me back up He heard the noise and said it was the rear brakes making the grinding sound.I scheduled a appointment to replace the rear brakes and only 2 hours later my truck was done and the noise gone.Carlos saved me time and money and he will be doing all of my repairs in the future. I took my Nissan to have the spark plugs replaced. Not only did they do what I asked for, but also found a ripped cable which they replaced that same day!!! Carlos is very patient and honest. I was very pleased with the service and high quality work they did. Will not go anywhere else!!!

Carlos has been my mechanic for nearly 10 years. He has fixed or replaced brakes, timing belts, coils, electronic components and a myriad of other issues. Carlos charges a fair price and takes excellent care of our 3 vehicles including an aging pickup driven by my teen sons. While some mechanics in town will take advantage of a woman bringing in a vehicle for repair, Carlos doesnt. My first dealing with Auto Crew was a 50% quote reduction (and a much shorter list of what needed to be repaired) than another local shop. That initial dealing saved me nearly $700. I have been a customer of Auto Crew ever since. Auto Crew is the best shop in Newberg hands down.

We broke down along the highway, Carlos stopped to see if he could help. We needed towed, gave us his card and said if we couldn’t find a tow truck to call him. We was towed to his shop. In the morning he fixed our trailer hitch. Can’t say enough good things about him.He was our answer to prayers.

Took our Nissan in for a heater not working. Told Carlos to give us a call when they found out what it was and to give us a price. Got a call a day later that it was done. $330 BILL! No call to us to ask us if we wanted to make the repairs. Charged us $80 to find the problem and then additional labor to fix the problem. What a rip off. When I took my truck in there the told me I had to replace my air filter (its a K&N so just needs to be cleaned) which is a tell tell sign that they dont know what they are doing.

I have had Carlos work on both my cars, work has always been professionally completed at reasonable prices. He is a trusted mechanic.
