I’ve been to several Boost stores in the metro area, and this one was the best. The lady at the counter today was very helpful.

The employees at this store are amazing. They are knowledgable and will go above and beyond to help you out. Boost mobile itself is pretty good for a phone carrier. Been with them for over 6 years now. We have 4 lines and pay WAY less than other phone carriers.

BUYER BEWARE. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.I purchased an item from this store about 60 days from the date attached to the review youre reading. It was sold to me as an item that was only used a few times but it stopped functioning less than 30 days after purchase. I returned it to the store; however, they refused to refund my money. Im in the process of pursuing a refund in Small Claims Court.

Tried to call customer support about activating 5 lines of service... You cannot get through to a live human. I dare you to try, you will fail! You are but a mere mortal and your powers are not great enough to reach an operator. You have been warned, proceed at your own peril!
