Came in today to simply pay our bill, and Matthew helped guide us into an upgrade that was a better fit than our current phones. He was patient, very friendly and efficiently walked our technologically challenged selves through the phone switch and after plan. Real glad they are a part of our community.

My boyfriend and I worked with Zach 1/13/18. We had a couple of things to accomplish, switching him from a different carrier to Verizon, adding to my current plan with Verizon, purchasing a new phone as well as cases. We were expecting to be there for a couple of hours but I believe we were done within an hour and a half. Grateful for Zach’s patience and knowledge working with us, it wasn’t quite the chore we were expecting it to be. Thanks Zach!

We walked in tonight, just minutes from closing (we thought they closed at 9), and Maddy was there to help us get a new phone for our son. She went above and beyond, and saved us some money on a discount we werent aware of. She was gracious, and knowledgeable and very helpful, even though it was an hour after closing. I would shop there again, and recommend it highly!
Brandy was amazing got me a great phone and knew exactly what she was talking about. She helped me get in and out quickly even though she was busy still took the time to work with me! I came back in today and Sebastian helped me and he is another great employee who helped me make sure my pictures all got transferred and I didnt loose anything, they are both wonderful and I recommend them to you!!

Had to update 2 phones and Alex made the process almost painless. They went out of the way to get us all discounts applicable and get our phone set up and ready to go. Since they were so great, I finally got myself the tablet I wanted. Great experience, best ever with verizon.
Love Edwin best experience ever had a blast while upgrading. If you have to wait for Edwin I would recommend the wait is well worth it wont regret it. I give him 10/10 he is the smartest in that store.

I went into the local Verizon store to upgrade one of my phones. I was greeted by Madeline and she made me feel comfortable and invited from the very start. This is a different experience from other Verizon stores Ive been to in the past. It seems at other stores it is an annoyance when yet another customer walks into thier store. Not the case with this store. She took the time to walk me through my options and explained all the detail so I could make the best choice and feel good about it. She was extremely knowledgeable and I could only hope she is being taken care of by management. Ill always only come back to this store because of my all star store representative Madeline. An experience that you dont get very often in todays day and age. The New Manager Alisa and her brand new staff truely go above and beyond for their customers. Wait times have drastically gone down from the days of the former management. I left that store with my phone fully set up and excitement in my heart for the future of me and my new device :)

Very rude employees! 90 minutes waiting for the only worker with 6 people behind me. Rap music so loud you cant hear what she or anyone else is saying. When lodging a complaint, realized Im just one of many dissatisfied customers...I was told by Verizon that theyre only a retailer and not a Verizon representative...idk...maybe they should change the name. They want your money and will up-charge and sign you up for as many sneaky things they can get away with, not give accurate figures and you wont find out until you get charged...lied to my face about a free item thats now cost me over $300...retails for $49...on and on... hopefully somebody listens...

Worked with Zach the other day on an upgrade (pixel to S9) and first phone for a kid. Very helpful and friendly. Very satisfaction oriented, made sure the glass screen protector was perfect.
We went in on a Monday evening to purchase a new phone. The price quoted was above the Verizon online price (though he acted surprised), and the individual said he would have to get approval from his manager to give us the Verizon price. He said give him a day. Must be a franchise store, not a Verizon store. He was also appalled that we wanted to buy the phone outright rather than on their purchase plan (which we understand they continue to charge after 2 years of payment, hoping you dont notice). I went in on Wednesday, where the Assistant Manager says that he has to get approval from his manager to give me the Verizon price. I explain, again, the history from Monday and he informs me that it would just be easier for me to drive to the store 30 minutes away or buy it online. So they dont want your business or care about customer service if they cant make the extra money on you, I guess. Sad that I tried to support a local business and cant.

What a nightmare. Drive then extra 20 mins to Bridgeport and save yourself the headache dealing with GoWireless. Overcharged is with activation fees and insurance on devices we already had insurance. Their promotion offer was a joke since we never got it. Been back to the store twice and they told me that they’re is nothing they can do.

I purchased a lifetime guarantee power cord from this Go Wireless location less than a year ago and the cord suddenly stopped charging my phone. I returned the charging cord to the same location to have it replaced under their lifetime guarantee / warrenty they promised can I made the purchase and the employee informed me that they longer no longer sell the product and I will have to contact the manufacturer of the cord to have it replaced.Each time I purchased these lifetime guarantee/ warrenty products, I was informed that I would just need to bring the power cord back to any one of their locations and they would replace it immediately, as I did multiple times when the cord stopped charging my phone.I have purchased multiple charging cords from Go Wireless, with the same lifetime guarantee over the years, for other phones ive had and if they didnt have the same cord, from the same manufacturer, they would ALWAYS replace it with another charging cord from the current selection because they would often sell and or change product vendors.This is absolutely ridiculous that they wouldnt honor their policy and has never been an issue in the past. After requesting to speak to a manager, the employee informed me that the manager would not be in for at least 2 days. What kind of business doesnt have a manager present and available to run the business each day, let alone 3 days??????? I cant help but to think that this is either a problem with management and employees at this location or a lousy, rediculouse pourly thought out excuse to scam people into purchasing another power cord for $30 - $40....My local business in Newberg has over 10 lines through Verizon Wireless and we purchase multiple products at this location for each of our lines. This is the last time Go Wireless will see my companies business if they dont honor the purchase agreement

The manager Mary Buchanan tried to upsell me multiple times i was very upset, i asked her if Edwin was working i only do business with him. Her quote wasHe is no longer with us he got let gothe young blond girl gave me hes number and he is currently working in Tigard. Why do they get rid of great people who care.. and for that reason i am giving this location 1 star they dont care or listen all they want is to upsell.
