So happy to have found Human Bean as a visitor to this region I had never tried it before. Staying at a hotel nearby we were in need of a “decent” cup of Joe. It’s the best cup of “To Go” coffee I’ve had in a long time. Simply delicious! The service was quick and the barista was sweet.

Nice people but they seemed flustered. Ordered a cappuccino but they first gave me a cup of regular coffee. They apologized and when I asked if the new drink was a cappuccino, they said yes. My bad for not rechecking. Once I left the drive-thru, I discovered it was a no foam latte. Never did get a cappuccino. Oh well. Not the end of the world and it was a good latte but not what I ordered.

Go here every morning and can’t get my free birthday coffee and even braved the icy roads to get there! Not cool human bean, left to go to Dutch Bro’s for my birthday coffee! Thank you Dutch Bro’s for starting my birthday off rite and making it perfect ♥️

They have lots of sugar-free options, Star bucks does not! They make a good flavorful frozen chai tea, Dutch Bros makes a sugary milk out of it.

From the moment I placed my order, to the moment my drink arrived in my hand, Barista Taylor was a pure delight. Humoring me through an order mixup, asking how my day was and what I had been up to, not to mention the espresso was delicious, Taylor ensured that I will definitely return to the Human Bean in future.

Service is always friendly, and I love that this is the only place I can get a flavored Rockstar. Unfortunately, The only thing consistent with their coffee is the inconsistency. Which is not what you want when ordering your daily coffee.... Theyre fast and friendly (seriously, the baristas are always smiling and so sweet!) which is why I’ve continued to go there, but it’s disappointing that I can order the exact same drink from one day to the next and get something that tastes completely different than the day before. As a former barista, I know one thing for sure: Consistency is key.

Nice people. Weak, mediocre coffee. Inconsistent drinks, the staff has you repeat every step of your order more than once, like theyre distracted or just dont listen. Newberg needs a quality, consistent, coffee shop badly.

I like this place because they have a lot of interesting and delicious food and drink options and the staff is always nice :) Sometimes they get the order wrong or have to ask you a few extra times what your order is... But thats really there only flaw Ive seen so far

Best coffee shop in town. The baristas are friendly, but not overly chatty which I really appreciate. All of their drinks are really tasty, even just their plain black coffee is top notch. I will note it is on the more expensive side, but it is well worth it. Another thing to note is that this location now offers some warm breakfast items. I havent been impressed with the quality or taste, and would recommend skipping the food, but I will still leave 5 stars for the coffee alone!

This is absolutely the place to get coffee in Newberg if youre on the go. The turnaround time at the bean is usually very quick with no impact on the quality of the coffee or the service. I typically go in the evenings after work during the evening commute.

Espresso is usually spot on (not burnt). Order taking leaves a lot to be desired. My order (simple: black coffee) is constantly wrong.

Everyone is so friendly and the coffee is great. Its also located commonly next to 99W. This is my daily stopping point before driving to work!

Gave 5 stars 1 year ago but the coffee has gone way down hill... Watery weak tasteing coffee. Also they wouldnt honor an old card i had filled from them. Wont be going back. Sad to see this decline...

The cold brew was fantastic.

Newberg location - Just left feeling quite upset. When ordering, the girl jumped the gun and spoke over me multiple times, repeated my simple order incorrectly 3 times, and double ordered something. When we arrived at the window, 1 drink (a tea) had something (a small black thing) in it, our mocha was made wrong, and the smoothie had very little caramel in it. When we asked for the tea to have the black thing removed, the woman got snippy and said it was just a leaf. She then asked 3 times if we wanted it remade and each time we said yes but she didnt hear us. She remade it then forgot the sugar. We then asked for a little more caramel (politely and apologized for being such a pain) the girl in the back made a rude comment about us and was saying they dont have time to remake it (We just asked for a little more caramel!). When we asked for a card to contact the manager, they got defensive and said they didnt have one. Maybe the line wouldnt get so backed up (we were the only ones there at first then there was a 5 car line) if these girls learned how to listen and not be rude. We were all polite to them so I dont understand the disrespect. And they cant use the excuse of the headsets cause I wear a much larger/thicker one for work and hear even a whisper just fine. Will definitly be sticking with our willsonville girls and location. We should have just gone to sip city..
