Best coffee hands down.The espresso is always smooth, creamy and never bitter their beans are absolutely delicious. Its also obvious they take good care of their espresso machine. The price is excellent for the quality that you get and Ive never had a bad cup of coffee here. I cant speak for a lot of the food or other beverages but I do often get their breakfast begel with cheese, egg, and ham and it is also great. The begel is soft and warm the cheese melted and the egg never overcooked. The people working the counter are always kind. The owner is a very nice lady.All around my new favorite coffee shop. Its just a shame they close at 1pm, I could drink their coffee all day.

We got $30+ breakfast for 3 adults and a baby ( waiting for ever on not busy morning). While waiting i asked for a small cup of milk for 2 years old, the girl charged me $3.50 for not more than 2 oz from plastic 1 gallon container. And again we were waiting for that milk to be served🤯🤯🤯 Food was OK.

I love going to the Coffee Cat for breakfast sandwiches and tea! Its such an adorable little place and very quiet, relaxing, and inviting. Thank you for always providing such great customer service!

We were so surprised and pleased to be provided delicious pastries and meals while in a daze from being evacuated from the Riverside fire by Coffee Cat Coffeehouse! I cant thank you enough for being so thoughtful as to send food to others in an emergency.I t was a comfort and a bright spot in our day that allowed us to stay closer to our animals during the evacuation. I cant wait to come to your shop and enjoy a lunch again now that we are safe at home!

This place is amazing! I manage a team for a local business and Coffee Cat is my go to place for pick up of food for my team. Always delicious & timely preparation makes for easy ordering of baked treats or a company breakfast.

Very delightful. Amber recommended the Colin Farrell, a latte with white chocolate, coconut and Irish cream; so its basically sweet love and contentment in a cup. She made it just right and the milk was steamed perfectly. The interior of the place is nicely decorated with comfy chairs, sofas, games, even a cute little nook with a table for two. This was my favorite place on our day trip to Newberg.

Thank you so much for providing delicious breakfast options at Devonwood during the 2020 wildfires. I will remember to stop by next time Im in newberg under better circumstances.

So-So at best.I ordered the breakfast burrito and a coffee.The burrito had virtually no flavor and the coffee followed suit.And the room I sat in smelled like mildew. Maybe that’s just part and parcel for living in this region but I’ve been in other establishments where there wasn’t any smell. (Full disclosure - I came in a day it was raining so maybe that had an effect).Staff was delightful, at least, and why this review got three stars instead of two.

Great little establishment with outstanding coffee (free refills) and coffee based drinks (lattes, cappuccino, etc). There is also some bakery goods for sale. Its easy to find, and access. The main entrance would not be considered to be handicapped accessible.Very comfortable seating inside where you can work, read, play games, or whatever. There is a nice group meeting room right off the front entrance. Great service and average pricing.If you found this post to be helpful please consider a thumbs-up.

A great little place that is usually less busy than Coffee Cottage or Chapters! Theyve got a great conference room that anyone can rent, and you can use it for reading or studying if no one has booked it at that time. The interior vibe and decorations of the building are nice, very mellow and bit dark in lighting. The only recommendation I would have to improve this place is to have slightly lower prices (they are currently a little bit high, especially compared to surrounding shops).

Gotta love Coffee Cat! We called to order a large number of sandwiches and Ariel was extremely helpful with taking our order. Also has a great attitude. Thank you Ariel! We always pick up lunch from Coffee Cat for our Wine Country Tours and our guests agree that this place is high quality. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best local spot for lunch in Newberg

A regular place for us to get breakfast on the weekends. The staff is phenomenal and the owner does great things for the community. We have purchased a few pieces of art from off the walls, they always show talented local artists. There are games for groups and toys for kids too.

Great coffee and the best cinnamon roll I have ever had served my a truly sweet owner/Baker. Light and fluffy roll with scrumptious sour cream icing. Liking forward to my next visit in the next few days!

Love this place! Had a decaf breve that was wonderful and a delicious gluten free cinnamon roll! Cant wait to try their breakfast bowl😋 There are some cold specialty drinks that sound yummy and refreshing.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Went here after reading the reviews. HORRIBLE MISTAKE on my part!!!!Co-worker and I ordered 2 Italian sodas and 1 breakfast bowl. Bland sodas and the breakfast bowl was just about enough for my infant to eat. super small portions. I mean I don`t expect it to be served a huge portion but for the price... not worth it imo -

I love this hole in the wall coffee shop. Eclectic, friendly, comforting. They have a variety of flavors, homemade pastries, and various options for non-dairy milk alternatives. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Its a nice and relaxing shop with a wonderful interior. Limited drink selection, but what they have is very good. Great place for bringing a friend or simply to get away from people for a while.

Coffee cat is a lovelly, local coffee stop that offers quick and tasty foods and drink. Theres fairly limited seating and a few steps up to get in but is perfect for an on the go bite. The staff knows what theyre doing and always are willing to help. They also are on of the few coffee shops in town to have hemp milk on their menu. My personal favorite here is the jalepeño bagel with cream cheese. It comes LOADED with cream cheese so get some napkins.

This is a great coffee place! The barista was so friendly and offered to make a custom smoothie for my daughter! We dont live close by, but anytime we are in Newberg we like to go by.

I used to frequent this place, being a previous barista I can be a little picky, and this place used to be great. I stopped in for the first time in a while today and the service was nice however I purchased an iced coffee and an iced chai the chai had hemp milk, a new hemp milk was opened and not shaken therefore all of the stuff that sits on top was poured into my chai with a ton of vanilla flavoring, the coffee was extremely sweet and made with a powdered chocolate that was not stirred in. I dont normally write reviews and would have loved to leave a good one however it bums me out a little when I spend 12 bucks on beverages and cant drink them.

Amazing cinnamon rolls and very chill atmosphere. Unfortunately Ive gone by three different mornings over the past month (during posted business hours) and theyve been closed. The inconsistency is annoying. But the cinnamon rolls are so good that I keep trying to go back.

Excellent atmosphere, very good coffee and breakfast items were much better than expected. The rocking loveseat is a pretty outstandingly unique piece of furniture that Ive never seen before anywhere else.

Definitely not what I was expecting and not in a good way. Ordered a pastry and coffee. The pastry was stale and obviously had sat around for a while. The coffee took 10 mins to make and even then was done wrong. I ended up throwing it away. Not sure if I hit a bad day or what. Ill give it another try and see but for now 2 stars is all it gets.

I love this place. Its cool and vintage-y without being pretentious or hipster. Chess board table, couches, old photos and a small resale section. Barista is a rad lady.Slow service = good coffee and good food. Be patient. Its not starbucks.

I would love to give Coffee Cat 5 stars. The bagel was liberally buttered, coffee was good, and the space even better. My one complaint here is that, when I asked for the Wifi Password to the guest network I saw available (which was clearly for Coffee Cat), I was informed that they no longer offer wifi service. I do not understand how a coffee shop, right next to George Fox, in 2017, could not offer wifi to its patrons.

Great place to stop at when driving through Newberg! Definitely impressed they roast their own beans. The barista on service was actually the baker. While her gluten free pastries were seriously amazing quality on par with New Cascadia, she knew next to nothing about the coffee & espresso she was serving so that was a little disappointing. However, she was super sweet! Also, the vintage pieces for sell is a great business idea that simultaneously makes for great decor. I give it a 4 star only because I feel that the baristas training was incomplete.
