We went to switch providers to AT&T, and the manager there was so kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. We got a great deal, and there were no hidden fees and we did not feel pressured by any means. This was the best experience I’ve had with a carrier, and I will definitely be returning to this store for any future needs. I strongly recommend this store!
It would be more helpful if your guys Wi-Fi worked better.

Had difficulty with getting a track phone up and running the clerk was able to help get it figured out even though the phone was not theres thank you

I gave AT&T this mark ( high), the Corp is NOT giving the local stores the information they need on the new phones. This gets customers and store employees very frustrated.
This AT&T store was the BEST experience Ive had with a phone store. Staff (Brett) was extremely helpful, was willing to walk me through every single issue I had. I will definitely be back to this location for future wireless needs. Highly recommend.

If there were no stars that would be better explainable. We thought we were getting such a great deal but the associate lied to me about something he did the day before. Not only did he lie but we were paying for more then we needed. He didnt move my phone to first net, we werent getting our discount because he had us on the wrong plan. Everything about this place will make you want to cancel AT&T so just Go to the Sherwood store. Phil will take care of you.
I went to this store after having been on a family att plan for the majority of my lifetime (I’m now 28). I was all-in on att, and it was a big moment for me to purchase my own plan. However the customer service was nothing short of atrocious.. the older gentleman in the store asked more questions than he answered, and seemed to know next to nothing about att data plans and smart watches. Another employee was talking about how he was actively trying to be fired and how hard it was to be fired from his position, and all three employees seemed to care more about socializing than helping a customer. Not one employee got up from their seats to help me out or show me around. I do not have high expectations for customer service that need to be met, but I do want a sense of duty and decency to show a little passion for helping someone who wants to start their own plan. This has made me look at switching carriers, which is a shame. But I don’t feel comfortable spending my money when people treat me in such an unprofessional manner.

I’ve had 2 really great experiences here at thus store and Avo is very good at explaining and dealing with customers! I’m glad we have a great store out here in Newberg with great people working at it!
Matt has been the most helpful AT&T rep that I have ever had. He has been super helpful in working with our complicated plan and is always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. One of the best stores I have come across. Definitely better than other stores in the area! Nothing but great things to say about this crew.
I was lied too, given poor information and felt like it was because of commission. After leaving the store I called 611 and spoke to a rep who helped me out, saved me money, saved my better grand fathered account. The 611 member was able to complete my upgrade and get me my 2 phones in 30 minutes. I don’t think this particular AT&T store is worse than any others, they all are pretty much the same. Save yourself money and time by using the web portal, or call 611 from your AT&T phone to upgrade.Really feels like these store are falling apart. Most phones were not displayed because they were broken. Didn’t feel like anyone really cared for the displays of the phones.Too everyone looking to upgrade, ask the sales person to waive the upgrade/new activation fees. They can do it. The 611 rep did it for me. They don’t want to waive it because of commission and may tell you to call after to waive. AT&T can’t waive them after the fact. Stand your ground and save yourself $$$.

Staff member was alright other than he told us he couldnt help us with anything we were trying to do we had to do it online. Just didnt seem like he was very helpful even though we were only ones in the store
We walked in to the store to inquire about purchasing phones. The store was busy but Matt still made us feel welcome. While we waited we took time to make our final decisions about which phones we wanted to purchase. Of course, that made the final sale quick and easy. I love ATT!
We had a great experience in the store last November. Unfortunately, we have continued to be billed for a phone that was acquired during a buy one get one promotion-7 months later and after multiple phone calls to AT&T customer service no one can seem to fix the billing problem. Really disappointing as a 20+ year AT&T customer.

Richard was very helpful and patient. Our current provider was giving us the run around, and it was very frustrating. But he did all he could to help us. We have to go into our current provider to get our account number, because they kept giving us the wrong one over the phone, but he still did all he could to help us. When we go back in there to switch over to AT&T, were going to be sure to have him help us. Hes made us feel good about switching to this company. Thank you Rick!

They told me 3 different conflicting things about a promotion. Only one was true, and they didnt seem to care about the fact that they mislead me.

Waited over 20 minutes with my parents and the whole time was just listening to the guy flirt with a client and didnt bother to welcome us or say hed be with us soon. They should have more people working there.
Theres one really big lethargic guy there and he is just the worst.(attitude-wise)(will say he gave me the best reason for why I should switch to auto-pay, so I dont have to see him) just buy your phone online
