I always stop by Pulp & Circumstance when I come to Newberg! This is truly the best place to go in town if you dont know what to get someone for their birthday, holiday, etc. (Though to be fair I typically buy things for myself here more often...) Its a lot of fun to look through. They have gifts for dog and cat lovers, for outdoor enthusiasts, specialty candy, home decor, lots of cards and stickers, jewelry, and more. A lot of it is made in Oregon. I recommend taking a stroll down 3rd street to explore and be sure to make this one of your stops!

Support small business who sells things from small creators.Also- check out the candy section in the back. I love shopping at this store in person & online. Ask anyone that knows me and shopping isn’t something I normally love to do. Pulp & Circumstance just makes it easy to spread cheer to my friends and family and also to practice taking care of my self as well. Sometimes life can get busy and I have had some great experiences with having the gals at P&C put together amazing gift packages for the people I love. This store has become such a bright spot in my life over the past year and a half! I could go on and on about the amazing staff, the store contents, the personalized service, and candy shop (I’m addicted to the chocolate covered gummy bears!) Thank you for providing such quality products and service.

Super cute shop with a well curated collection of jewelry, cards, small house goods and old fashioned candy. Sounds a little strange but it works!

What a find. Well worth the hunt for this clever boutique off Newbergs First Street. Each room of the antique home is filled with imaginatively curated cards, gifts, toys, clothes and fragrances. Even the old kitchen is thematically filled with candies and other edibles. Simply right on. A great browse.

I love shopping at P&C. They are constantly restocking and bringing in new merchandise, its always a pleasure to browse. Ive also stayed as a guest, and booked through their AirBnb, and had a lovely time.Every time Im in Newberg, I take the time to stop by and see whats new in their gift shop. The jewelry, candles, cards, home goods, and candy are my personal favorites. I cant imagine anyone walking out empty handed when looking for a gift, theres such a good selection whether it be local goods, funny themed, classy, or a childrens toy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I love this store! 100 stars!

This shop is adorable and full of fun gift ideas. Always my first stop for mom and friends. The fact that they are delivering locally during the pandemic and had things like silly sushi themed gummies saved my son’s Easter.

This is always a go-to when I am looking for a gift; they have a great variety​ of products for any age. One of my goto items is always​ the candles, and you can make your decorative candy jars. Great place that I would encourage anyone to stop in and check out.

This store is adorable. A lot of great things to look at. Jewelry options, candles, cards, a children’s section. However I have been in on 4 different occasions and haven’t been greeted upon walking in, or asked if I needed any help.We’ve purchased something each visit.On each occasion we haven’t gotten a “have a good day” when leaving.This has always been on my lunch at 12:30 with 2 staff upfront. I love the local vibe but the lack of communication makes it feel a little unwelcoming. Doesn’t mean we won’t try again 😊

Very cool little shop, not far off the highway. Well worth stopping in if youre looking for gift items you wont find everywhere. Also, they have candy. Which, you know, is pretty great in and of itself.
