Definitely tried to understand what I was hoping to achieve and made me feel comfortable with the decisions I made. Also got some tips about how to use different painting supplies. Very kind place to go and get advice on painting.

The staff has been friendly and helpful. We were having some issue with cutting in the corners and they suggested a brush that made our work so much easier. Also recommended color combinations for our rooms that I just love. They even matched trim color for touch ups that is indistinguishable from the current paint..highly recommend. Odor free is the only paint I can use.

I purchased a quart of paint there on Saturday Jan 26 in the morning. I used said paint within 2 hrs of purchase. When applying the paint I noticed that there was some discoloration between the paint and chalked it to wet paint and dry paint. Unfortunately it dried and looked like 30 different shades of blue. It was because when I purchased the paint it had not been mixed enough. Paint should not separate that much in less the 2 hours. Extremely disappointed.

This is the place I have shopped for paint consistently over the past 10 years or so. I am always treated courteously, and have received a lot of help in choosing paint colors, etc. I find that the staff goes above and beyond to help. Ive gone back a couple times to have my paint tweaked after I have already applied a coat, and someone has always been game to give it a try, saving me the expense of having to buy another can of paint. And although the paint is expensive, I find that one coat nearly always covers adequately, there is very little spattering, and the odor-free paint varieties truly are odor-free.

I had a great experience when I shopped at this store! Josh, the manager, made sure all of my needs were fulfilled! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great customer service experience. He always left me satisfied!

This is the 4th time I’ve come to recycle paint and have been told they are full. They wouldn’t take 3 small cans of paint for recycle.

I really like this paint store.

My wife was just treated very rudely by this stores personnel when she arrived with paint to recycle. Sherwin-Williams has an active recycling program but this store obviously does not know how to treat customers. We have spent hundreds of dollars at this store and my Company (Climax Portable Machining & Welding Systems) has spent many thousands of dollars at Sherwin-Williams Newberg, OR store...but no longer will we patronize this business. By the way....the Tualatin, OR Sherwin-Williams store was very gracious in accepting our recycled paint. Newberg Sherwin Williams needs an attitude change!
