Great customer service experience. Aaliyah Fay was a delight to work with in updating our mobile service. She was knowledgeable and helpful, making suggestions to guide us through the myriad choices available.

New store manager Aaliyah is awesome! She spent three hours helping me navigate AT&T Corporate in order to update my elderly mother’s DirecTV and Landline telephone accounts. Without Aaliyah’s direct involvement I couldn’t have accomplished my tasks. Recommend this AT&T store to everyone.

I recently changed phone providers because the service was better with At&T. A rep came to my home and offered us a few specials which included FREE phones with the switch if we turned in our old working phones that were in EXCELLENT condition. Well needless to say the rep did not disclose all information although i asked repeatedly. We received our first bill which was double the amount that was offered to us apparently they rep Rich failed to mention that the phones were FREE after the first 3 months. I went through contracts and did not see this listed on any of them. When i called At&t to resolve they did not resolve and told me to talk to the rep directly or call cooperate. Well i did both and still no results do here i am 2 months later to inform you DONT GO WITH AT&T CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET A SALE.

The customer service person was in the back of the store and made me wait 3 minutes to greet me . Then he could not even tell me where a ups or FedEx was to return equipment. Told me in a not nice way to Google it.

Love Hunter!! He is always so helpful, puts a smile on my face and has amazing customer service. Very helpful with anything I need!!

The two guys in the AT&T store (Ishmael and Hunter) were very helpful, courteous, professional, and very helpful in me upgrading my AT&T phone. Been a customer since 1965 and I understand good customer service. Please keep these young men, pay them good, and get Hunter a promotion!

My experience at At&t was very welcoming! Although I tend to not feel welcomed at some stores I didn’t feel that here! That was the best part! The speed of service was immaculate! There was no wait time and the reps were very professional. It was like a breath of fresh air and although I really love the rain, I was given rays of sunshine on a rainy day. THANKYOU so much for a beautiful experience! I will continue to be a loyal customer with At&t because of this!

No knowledgeable people in there

Have been here a couple times. The girl that helped me last time(claimed to be a manager) smelled of marijuana very strongly. Not sure if she had it on her or had smoked it... I will not return because I should not have to subject myself to that kind of thing.

They said I was approved for a go phone. Went to another one in greenwood I was approved for 10 lines no down deposit. Very unprofessional and rude in the approach to their customers. All the while acting as if I was unintelligent and didnt know they had messed up. I asked them to correct it they refused so I took my business elsewhere. Sad that I have to go out of my hometown to get service.

My salesperson, Steven Tracy, put my deal together, sent us our iPhone 7s, and got us connected in short order. Steven was a consummate professional while serving my daughter and I. If only all purchases were this easy and flawless.

I didn’t like when I didn’t receive the phone and I ask for a refund of $219 something I didn’t get that amount back I got$208.96 I why I didn’t receive told me it was the taxes but if I got the phone I had to pay it so I want my $11 back
