They have great deals going on for older games and the guy working was FULL of information about every game my husband looked at. He talked about upcoming games and was very nice.

Good store, was greeted and asked if there was anything I needed. I dont know who was on duty in the morning, but he was very friendly and helpful.

Ive always had great experiences here. Sometimes their used games are a little overpriced... But I doubt the staff can do much about it. Overall very pleased.

Despite going through re modeling they were all ready and willing to help me find what I was looking for.

Service was good but I was given a cracked pretty owned disc.

Very bad service. The employees always act like you are bothering them. I recently tried to trade an Xbox one and they wouldnt take it because the console couldnt do an update. Even worse I asked how much store credit they were giving for it and the employee told me a hundred dls, it wasnt untill I told him that the webpage stated a 50 dls extra credit that he seemed to recalled the fact. I ask them if they were having Nintendo Switch available on day one and he said no, I ask them when will they have units in stock and he said he didnt know, just like that, all the time answering me while doing something else with his hands. Very bad costumer service overall. Dont come to this Gamestop at Newberry SC.

I was in the store 5 minutes nobody greeted me nor did anyone ask if they could help me. They just continued to talk as if no one was in the store.

We went in to buy an older game...get the game home and it didnt work, yes it was a used game but still. Had to take it back and luckily they had another copy. Someone needs to be checking the used games before they sell them to people.
