Had an amazing experince here yesterday. I was told by another shop that I needed to replace my tire rods and they couldn’t do my alignment, this all was going to cost me 600$. After discussing the issue with multiple friends everyone told me to go to Derham, that they were the best. Well I’d have to agree they are! Turns out my tire rods didn’t have to be changed and they were able to do my alignment. Extremely trust worthy people and speedy service. I’d recommend them to anyone

Went to Derham based on their reviews and they did not disappoint. I made an appointment for an alignment for my Altima and they were very diligent and fast with their service. Fair pricing also and honest. Brianne was very helpful. Would highly recommend especially after having bad service with alignments in the past.

I just read a negative review that Mr Shawn Williams had posted, it was very vague, not much information was provided to really get an honest opinion. There are always two sides to every story, would be very interested to hear Derhams side.As per the Customer service lady, she has been working there for years, she might not know much about car engines, (sorry if she does) because they do not perform that type of work, but she does know a lot about suspensions, brakes, tires an alignments, the core of their business.I have have been doing business at Derham Frame and Axle for almost 30 years, and I do have automotive experience, maybe not from Lincoln tech, and I never had a bad experience or have I felt like I was being taken advantage of in anyway, Derhams have always been very professional and respectful. To be in business for 65 years doing the same thing everyday, year after year, tells me that they must be going something right.

Took my Nissan in for a simple front end alignment. $180 later my trucks brakes are rubbing, the tires squeal around turns and it pulls to the right. Took it right back and they blamed my brakes for being rusty. The brakes all around are less than 3 month old. They didnt make noise when I dropped it off. I will never give them business again.

I typically dont write reviews but since the last review was poor, and was primarily concerning the attitude of the front desk attendant I thought I would chime in with my experience.My pickup truck had a bad axle seal and a very leaky rear pinion seal, not a difficult fix but a messy, time consuming and necessary fix. I was quoted $900 from my local garage so I called Breanne at Derham, having never worked with her or that garage before, to request a quote. In talking to Breanne I was met with nothing less than complete courtesy and, better yet, a complete understanding of my issue, my truck and what she was quoting me. I was quoted far less than my local garage so I thought it was worth a shot but I went into it with a fair amount of skepticism. I dropped the truck off at my appointment time and again was greeted with professionalism. I went to work and waited for the dreaded, We fixed this but it took longer than expected and will cost a lot more call and instead what I got was, your truck is ready. Still expecting the worst I went in and the bill was exactly what was quoted, to the penny. That may very well be a first for me. Between Breannes professionalism and the quality repair done on time and for the quoted price, Derham gained a new customer, even though theyre 60 miles from my house its more than worth it for the piece of mind.

Though it has been several years since I last used Derham, they are the first and only place I will bring my truck for a suspension installation job. My last truck was done perfectly and I have every reason to believe that it will be the same way for my new truck as well

Customer service lady will take advantage of you if you dont know anything about cars or pricing she quoted me 1k to change my suspension because she said my back seats have to come out which was a lie i go to lincoln tech and just wanted a quote even all data quote 2 hours for the whole job smh dont go here they will take advantage

BF Goodrich sent me here so they can report to them the condition of my tire since they are a Michelin authorized dealer. BREANN at the service desk was NOT very customer service friendly at all.
