Stopped with the family at 12pm on Sunday. This stop took 30 minutes! Waited inside online and even when it was our turn we waited at least another 10 minutes while the clerk helped make the drinks for both people already waiting and the drive through. They had 4 people working, a line of people waiting in person extending out the door but clearly the drive through was their focus. That’s all they cared about. Also it was absolutely freezing in there. We had to take turns waiting on line so we could warmUp outside. Clearly, the management does not want people coming into their store. Also the bathrooms were not kept and there was no toilet paper.

This location often has very long lines... which is not a fault of the store - they are just very popular and the only Starbucks in the immediate area. The staff is always pleasant here. My order is accurate 90% of the time lol but they are always quick to correct any mistakes.

Their green tea is acceptable. Some places do better but where I was Starbucks came through 😄

Unfortunately the site has been a bit inconsistent with their hours and access to the lobby area over the past two to three months. The staff however, is second to none. Truly pleasant and welcoming. A continued customer.

I dont know whats going on but this location has been very inconsistent lately. Ive witnessed others having a bad experience at this location but I never personally experienced it myself until today. The woman at the drive-thru accidentally made me the wrong drink and when I brought this to her attention, she berated me and said I ordered what she made. She was very rude and unfriendly. Her customer service skills need work, for sure. I understand this location is constantly sold out of items but she should have at least owned up to her mistake and apologized. Its unfortunate that this is the only Starbucks local to me. I enjoy going to Starbucks but lately its been a hassle visiting this location.

Their posted closing time is 9 PM. I pulled up to the drive thru at 853 and am told by a computer generated voice they are closed. As I drive around I see the front door that was open is now being closed so they can go home early. Terrible

Hours are unpredictable. Hours posted never match, even their handwritten posted ones on the door arent abided by. When they are open, feel free to buy a lotto ticket, it very well may be your lucky day!

I Always enjoy going to busy places, they are busy because they are good and fresh! free WiFi is what gets me all the time because I work from my laptop. I took this picture on the busiest and loudest area but there are corners that are somewhat less noisy, but still great people work here and many are locals who come and get their coffee!

As always, you cant go wrong at Starbucks. Very good lemon cake and Earl Grey Tea.

Whoever was there at 6:00pm on 06/17/2021 SEVERELY dropped the ball today. Me and my roomie usually visit this Starbucks every other day and have no complaints but today was HORRIBLE. There was this girl who was taking our order, kept saying “is that all today?” as if she was rushing us, then couldn’t even remember the order modifications. A guy took over and got the order done with no problems. We then pull up to the window, the drinks look sloppy, caramel dripping off the cup and not as was ordered. Not only that, but we specifically asked for whip cream in which the barista took off the cap, shoved some whipped cream in and slapped the cap back on. To add icing on the cake the drinks did not taste right. I don’t know if someone had a horrible day, but this was unacceptable. Will not be coming here for a while.

This Starbucks keeps randomly shutting down without notice and randomly changing hours. At least notify people so they dont drive half an hour out of their way. Put it online as an update. Temp closed or something. I know Im not the only one feeling this. I tolerate it because generally Im satisfied but it has been several times this has happened at this location. Its just a suggestion on how to improve customer satisfaction. Get it together Newburgh location.

If you are rejecting to make an order in drive thru window maybe better to change it to only pickup? Wasted 30 minutes of time without luck... Unprofessional service. Shame on you...

Drive thru is always pack and long ways are expected. Which is totally fine, however the lack of inconsistency makes me hesitate every time I order my Skinny vanilla latte. I ordered one yesterday and receive a black coffee with milk & vanilla syrup.I was on 84 by the time I took my first sip, so I couldn’t go back!

Love Starbucks, best coffee anywhere. Staff is friendly. Orders are almost always correct and when they arent they are quickly rectified.

My friend and I came today, Saturday 7/25 around 1pm. Ordered 2 wraps and 2 drinks. When we got to the window i was only handed 1 sandwich. I immediately told the girl that was taking orders and working the window that I ordered 2 wraps. I know I did because I said it twice. She rolled her eyes and went to redo the transaction. I would’ve been fine with it, it was a busy time, but I heard her tell her coworker, “apparently she ordered 2” super nasty. I was confused by the attitude. Then she handed us our drinks and asked if we could pull up to the front to wait for the other wrap to be brought to the car. She seemed fine after that, but I guess I was wrong. We waited for about 10 minutes and there was no one that brought it out. So i went inside and got her attention because she was filling straws, so i didn’t think it was inconvenient for her. I said “excuse me, no one brought out the other wrap”, and without saying anything to me, she rolled her eyes again, grabbed the wrap that was right next to the cash register window (which was obviously ready to be brought out), and gave it me and turned her back to me. So i said, “thanks SO much”. I was so taken aback, being that she’s the one who misheard my order. Not sure if she was embarrassed or something? But anyway, only reason for 2 stars is that our food and drinks were good.

I went there the other night, the service was terrible. My friend clearly ordered iced drinks, the lady on the mic did not even acknowledge him while ordering— just “pull up” then once we got to the window the drinks were served hot. we asked for a correction and the employees were rolling their eyes: one in specific, wearing pink and had her hair in pony tails; she aggressively gave the drinks (now iced) to my friend and then slammed the drive through window shut. very unpleasant, we will not be going back again.

I come here most like every morning or afternoon to get my nitro cold brew. Milo was the one that always hands me the drinks. Very polite and professional! But after they shut down last come week for cleaning or whatever. The whole team were gone. All new faces. It takes forever to get a drink now. My nitro cold brew doesn’t come with nitro anymore. Taste like regular cold brew. My hot latte come out warm. Maybe the management should have old teams back. I feel like I would not go back again for something that doesn’t make me happy again.

Only putting 1 because i cannot put zero, they pretty much close and open whenever they want, HOURS NEVER MATCH, call ahead, drinks always made wrong with attitude.

I ALWAYS order when I leave my house when getting things here because I expect the drive thru to be extremely long. Today I did the same except when we got there they were only letting people out from the inside. The drive thru line is now 14 cars long and they made everyone who ordered to pick up to still wait in the drive thru (hence making iced drinks watery and hot drinks cool). So the drinks we ordered 10 mins before arriving waited another 25+ mins because they wouldn’t bring anyone’s drinks out. Not to mention the traffic jam the long drive thru causes.

This is my favorite Starbucks, there are 2 others within same driving distance as well but i always go here, the workers are friendly and have never made an error with any orders.

Good coffee, Starbucks as a whole needs to develop a chik fil-a style drive thru system, not worth waiting 45 min for coffee 🤣

Customer service is always spot on. One point mobile orders requires assistance when staff is busy fulfilling many orders. You have many people working the drive thru, but one person working the mobile orders.

Sad that their inside wAs closed to even walk-in orders. It is COVD days, yes, but tI visit several Starbucks in the area, and this is the only one that was PICKUP & DRIVE THRU ONLY; with the inside blocked off so you cant enter to order at the register. Very disappointed

Ordered on the Mobile app. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through line and then waited another 15 minutes at the window for them to make my order. On top of waiting 30 minutes for my drinks, one of them is nowhere near what I ordered.

Service not as good as it used to be

The first item I ordered the ham and cheese croissant they did not have. It was fine thats understandable. The second item they did not have now thats a bit annoying. Its fine I order my drink and by them not having my food items I discovered a gem in Beacon NY called The Beacon Daily. Which is 5 stars all day!!!

Every time Ive ordered a drink that comes with wipped topping the baristas always seem to forget. I have never ordered and it came with it like the picture or description says. And when I order a drink and specifically ask for wipped cream the barista always gets snippy and informs me that it always comes with wipped cream, maybe if they didnt always forget I wouldnt have to ask.

Love their caramel crunch, sucks that theyre no longer doing their chorizo breakfast sandwich

I liked the non dairy drinks but the last 3 times I’ve order I’ve gotten upset belly. I watch them make it and it’s what I ordered and the containers are clean but I’ve switched to just coffee. It must be me. Definitely a treat because the prices are crazy.

I love the service but I have a serious problem with the fact its never open when it says It is.

I love Starbucks coffee and any I have been to the staff have always been good with comfortable atmosphere. However, there is always a wait at Starbucks to the point where there have been times I have walked out, because the line is so long and the service so slow. Starbucks you just have to figure out a way to speed up your service for those of us who dont want to order online and would like to be able to sit down and have a cup of coffee.

Didnt open until 9:30 and only opened the drive thru, kept entrance locked.

This Starbucks consistently has absolutely terrible service. Today I walked out of this location after waiting at the register for at least 10 minutes without being acknowledged- and there were at least 6 people working. I understand each person has a different role and that consideration is often given to the long line of cars getting to go drinks but the lack of consideration to in house guests is ridiculous. Maybe one of the six folks working should be focused on in store register service.

Ive had coffee here years ago in the past. The recent visit was for a friend to grab a cup of coffee and they said it was good. I personally was headed across the lot for a burger myself.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to! We order from it every single day at work! The staff is fantastic! They know our order inside and out! We do the mobile pickup and everything is always packaged up with straws, napkins, etc. on the pickup counter for us! I’ve never had a bad experience, and recommend this location highly! The inside is immaculate, and the staff is always so polite and accommodating! A huge thank you to, Ashley for always taking such great care of us!

Unless the place is empty you’re going to wait for your coffee. I’ve had about 2 good experiences here and the staff isn’t friendly most of the time. They just want you out of there ASAP.

My tea was good, the brownies was good too. Only issue I had was the drive thru. No clear signs on the way the traffic should go. People kept driving from two different paths.

I went early and hadnt seen the news yet where in Tempe Arizona they asked law enforcement to leave because people felt uncomfortable. Unfortunately I patronized this company, but never again!

Place was busy... no big deal. However the staff clearly had no leadership. There were a few workers behind the counter talking trash about another co-worker and how they never take out trash etc. They were pretty loud about it. The girl that took our order couldnt even hear our order due to the noise behind her. Then we get our drinks and they were made wrong. I asked for an extra shot and I can clearly taste it didnt make it in there. The person I was with drink was also not made right. Missing ingredients. Not a pleasant experience for an expensive cup of coffee. Do better.

Easily the best starbucks in the area. everything is always made very well, customer service is phenomenal, and the store is always very clean. i go out of my way to come here.

Ordered a triple mocha Frappaccino by the mobile app. It was ready to go & made perfectly. Everyone is always friendly at this location & dont get an attitude if I complain about the drink & want it made over, which is very rarely.

The staff was polite and very friendly. The service was prompt. I was asked if I had helped in middle of being helped. Thats great!The cleanliness of store was impeccable. I ordered a coffee, which I enjoyed on one of the stores two comfy love seats tucked away in the corner. The dim lighting and calm atmosphere provides a great place to read, write, or just sit and people watch.

Its good its typical. But get an iced chai with almond milk! So good!

The staff is very professional and polite and the service was great. I just moved here from Oklahoma and this is my breakfast stop every morning on the way to work ;). I have to give a shout out to employee Josephine, she always polite and smiling. She makes you feel welcomed. She gets five stars from me.

This is a unique Starbucks. Its one of the first anywhere nearby that has an evening menu. The evening menu includes beer and whine, as well as foods like a spinach artichoke dip and mac and cheese. Awesome stuff. The Starbucks itself is always clean and friendly, despite the consistent crowd that is here. Great service.
