I called Kim to explain what I was looking for and she immediately nailed it with these chairs and rug! They are as comfortable as they are gorgeous! She was so pleasant, helpful and communicative through the whole process. I will definitely be back and am proud to shop at this locally owned business!

Urban Elements had a 3 panel painting that we liked the size of but it wasnt right for us. We told Danny what we were looking for and he was able to track down a 3 panel of the same size that was more our style. We went with the first thing he sent us, and it looks awesome in our apartment. Great service.

We’d been in the market for a leather recliner for a year or so and had seen a couple that we liked at Urban Elements. We finally made our decision and ordered two and couldn’t be happier! Kim is wonderful to work with and was upfront about the wait time and set our expectations appropriately. Luckily for us the recliners arrived earlier than expected and Kim and her delivery team worked with me to get them delivered quickly. Urban Elements will be our first stop for new furniture going forward.

My experience at Urban Elements was amazing! I purchased a dining table, chairs, bar stools and an ottoman for my home. The items were extremely well made, unique and beautiful. The owner gave her undivided attention, design tips, and helped to ensure everything blended together and fit perfectly. She provided updates on shipping and the deliveries came in inspected and in perfect condition. The delivery experience was wonderful - the individuals who made the deliveries were meticulous and took their time to ensure everything was in the perfect place - they even offered to put any felt pads and bumpers on the furniture. A wonderful experience with each piece and would highly recommend Kim, her store, and her Team!

I am so in love with and happy with my purchase! I purchased a cabinet for my dining room and it is perfect. It is the perfect color and solid quality furniture with little details I love! The shelves are glass so all you see is what I have on display. The cabinet it lit and has 3 settings. Kim was amazing as we navigated delivery once MA opened up again after the Covid shut down. The delivery was amazing as well. The driver called me prior to arrival and was on time. They were so careful bringing my cabinet in. Set it up, made sure it was even on the floor and explained the lighting. From the initial purchase to delivery Urban Elements exceeded my expectations. You need to check them out!

Kim and her team were wonderful to work with! Very helpful from the order process through to the couch delivery. We fell in love with one of their sectional couches. We especially appreciated the fabric and color selection, and that we could take swatches home. We felt the couch was unique but wanted to make sure we made the right decision so we shopped around. Shopping around convinced us we had found a special couch. Awesome awesome helpful staff and when we told them we couldn’t wait for the delivery time on our custom ordered couch they offered to let us borrow one from the showroom floor until ours is delivered in a couple months. Who does that?!?!

Urban Elements is my absolute favorite furniture store. I only wish I had found it sooner. We would have furnished our whole house with their furniture. Kim is amazing to work with. Urban Elements is simply the best home decor store on the North Shore! I have made many purchases from Urban Elements since moving to Salem over a year ago ranging from Furniture to bathroom decor to living room accents.
