Grinders are so good I have to go out of my way to drive here and pick one up once in a while. Very clean place and staff is super friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices for excellent food and service.

Great little Italian market. A lot of imported specialty items, you just dont see in bigger stores. Every year I get a ham for Easter, and a Turkey for Thanksgiving. They are very good. The people are Super friendly and the store is very clean. They also have fresh meats and sandwiches at the deli. The bread on the sub is fresh Italian bread and the meat high quality. Stop in and give them a try you wont be disappointed.

You wont find a cleaner, better stocked Italian Deli anywhere. Prices are reasonable, people here are very appreciative of your business. I consider myself lucky they are so close.

Great place to shop for the true Italian style foods and groceries. The owners are always pleasant and friendly and willing to serve you, its no wonder why they have been a vital part of Newington for so many years. They have an awesome selection of fresh beef and delicious deli meats along with cold cuts,cheeses, bread and home made salami.

Nice local place for a big sandwich. Good prices, quality meats and looks like they get to know their patrons as the other folks around me were all greeted by name. Usually a good sign. Only issue I had was no choice for bread or at least none I saw - was hoping for crusty bread. Still very good.

Finally stopped in here for sandwiches for lunch. Had the roast beef. Very good sandwich. Meat was great, bread was bakery fresh.The staff is extremely friendly.Will definitely be a repeat customer.

The biggest little Italian market I know. One of the nicest family run businesses around and always my first stop for breakfast sandwiches. Will definitely be talking to Joe the butcher for my cookout this weekend.

Perfect little family owned shop they only take cash or card, the service is amazing, the pricing and quality of all of there products are better than anywhere else. To get mens a customer 1 of 2 things has to happen, a better product at the same price or the same product at a better price, Public Market managed to do both.

I wish this place was nearer my house. Great meat and very inexpensive deli cuts... Boars Head something is usually on sale. Authentic Italian cheese... Etc. My go to place when I am in the area. Sandwiches are good too.

This place is a great local market. Recently we purchased $4 8 Italian Combos and Banana Peppers stuffed with mozarella and prosciutto. They were heavenly. This place also has a wide variety of cheeses and a small bakery. Great place to pick up some staples or just stop in for lunch.

These guys make a mean sandwich! It is also a great place to get Italian grocery items, fresh meat, and delicious pastries and cookies! I actually get my cold cuts from them too. Their prices blow Stop and Shop out of the water!
