Hands down best place ever to store your stuff. The company is ok but the Store Manager is what makes it so much better, she deserves a raise. She always has a smile on her face and even though she is by herself (never seen anyone else work there) She has that building looking immaculate.

They were so helpful Joanie was so sweet and kind..she explained everything to me in detail and took her time to break it down for me...love this place and will use this place in the future if need.

The working manager for this extra space storage was amazing she helped with the move in process and the exit process (which I did one year later) was very simple and there was no issues during the stay. would come back here again if I need to store stuff.

Melissa was a great help! She showed us a couple of units, quoted us a price and let us put a hold on a space for up to a month while we thought about it. A week later, we went back to secure the unit and she told us Extra Space was running a promotional and gave us the promotional price!The storage buildings are clean, secure, well lit, and have easy access with carts for moving our belongings.

Clean, plenty of parking, well lit at all times, convenient carts on site, very secure. Affordable compared to other options in the area.

This is a great location to store at. The Manager here is Great. Shes gone over and beyond to help me and my family with our storage needs. The price is very reasonable and its a clean place. Ive stored before but the Customer service here is amazing. That was our best experience and is what made us decide to rent in the first place.

Good for storage, however they go up on rent every 6 months to a year. I had storage for over 3 years and was extactic when I was able to finally give away pretty much everything that was in there to close out the unit. I wouldnt recommend storage for long term unless you want to pay for it..

Ive had a unit at this facility for over a decade and the staff couldnt be more helpful. The hours are great, theyre communication is on par and they make it easy with automatic monthly payments and electronic receipts. Melissa is the best! Ask for her if you are interested in renting.

Place is very clean, i love that its all in door, they have carts to help you move and my over all favorite is the way the manager and assistant managers welcome you here with a smile and are always so kind. Awesome customer service!Edit: I ended up being disappointed with my experience. I paid extra for a climate controlled unit. For the three months I had my unit, the HVAC system was broken for two of them. Why it took so long to fix is beyond me. I complained several times and it just seemed like they werent taking the issue seriously. Im happy to be out!

The assistant manager, Kia was professional and pleasant and did an excellent job of explaining all of my unit options, insurance options and answering any questions that I had. This storage unit location is a little further from where I live than a couple of competitors. I met with the other two competitor locations and left without signing up due to the lack of customer service. I also want to note that they have a great system for pre-registering to save time and Melissa, the manager contacted me immediately after signing up to introduce herself. Just a top notch team!

Every time I go to pay my bill Kai greets me with a beautiful smile! Awesome place to store.
