Charges your credit card after you move out and give notice u r moving out. Bad business pratice. And they closed my account online but still charged for another months rent.

The process to get the storage unit was very smooth and quicker than I thought

I missed one months payment and they put a lock on my unit..understandable thats how business works..i went to the office and paid my bill in person on 3/27/2021 and told them to take the lock off so i can access my unit that night and when i went there at night the lock was still there and i couldnt reach my stuff despite making a payment in the afternoon...today on 3/29/2021 i went to get something from my unit and they still havent taken the lock off so i probably need go to the office again tomorrow despite making a payment already and request them to take the lock off so i can access my unit...They really need to stop hiring people off the streets who cant remmeber simple stuff.

The guy who assisted us in opening up our new storage unit was highly professional, courteous and helpful. We are thrilled to have so much space in our new unit and the price in our opinion is very reasonable. The customer service made my wife and I feel comfort knowing that we opened a storage unit with the right place.

Christopher was very professional in executing this rental transaction. He gave me the appropriate guidance to select the best size storage unit for my needs. He also gave good advice about storage locks. He swept the storage unit out for me. He was courteous during the entire transaction. He had a no-pressure sales approach. I would advise anyone looking for a storage facility in the central CT area to consider this particular facility in Newington. Actually, there are two storage facility locations that Christopher manages, and both facilities are within a half mile from each other just a little ways off both the northbound and southbound sides of the Berlin Turnpike.

PSA. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME !!! Ive called litterlty before going to this location and Ive been told a certain time yet when I get there 1 or 2hrs prior to closing time ..it was closed... Lights were OFF NO NOTE NO NOTHING.. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! WHEN IT COMES TO OFFICE HOURS.. MADE ME GO TWO SEPRATE TIMES .. THEN THEY CALL YOU TO SEE IF YOUR INTRESTED ..UMMM I THINK NOOOOOTT ...JUST BAD.. NOW EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IN HARTFORD NOW THAT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE..

My experience at cube smart was very good I was treated well. The staff was professional and efficient. I would recommend this facility to others.

Chris Foster was very personable, and patient in getting us squared away with our storage unit. Reasonably priced. When the process got long and I needed to get my son to a nap, He offered to bring the key to my house after he finished his shift on the way home.Thank you Chris!

Everything was fine, except I had to go to the office 3 times because there is only one person who staffs the office and goes to the storage units also. He was very personable and courteous and made sure my unit was clean, so overall Im pleased.

Its good storage units and price depends of the size you pick

Quick service friendly helpfully customer service people Units are nice clean and area is kept up nice The only fault I found is that there is not even a single light in the unit During the evening or late afternoon on winter days this could be a major inconvenience.Also mandatory that you pay for insurance Not ever having rented a storage unit before I do not know if this is common prectice

Using them for a year, everything good except they not cleaning garbage well on their teritory.
