The cashier was very helpful to me. I didnt found what I went looking for. But I did get some sales items at a good prices.

Smart aleck clerk on pharmacy, with Kool Aid red hair gave me the rudest service! I asked to see the manager who never appeared. Guess the tail wags the dog at this Walgreens. Go to a different one. I wouldn’t let that kid give a dead dog a vaccine?

The worse place to visit if youre looking for the pharmacy service. Expect to be waiting for over 30minutes even when there are just 1 or 2 people ahead of you. The priority of work here is chitchat and laughters, look around, refill their areas, and then the costumer. I have yet to come here in the last 6 months where Ive gotten taken care of within the first 30mins dispite that in some visits I was next in line as soon as I walked in.

Probably the worst customer experience possible. Store does not honor the own online prices. Was told I had to order online for pickup to get online price. So I did, waited 10 mins for them to retrieve order. Turns out that wasnt the correct store, was told there was nothing they could do. Unhelpful staff. Customer is definitely last at this location.

Apparently it takes ALL day to get a prescription sent over. Every time I go to pick up antibiotics for my kids they “never have it” in their system & you have to call and come back 3 time a day to get your medication

I wish I could this place 0 stars. Brook in the pharmacy is very rude. Told me I could pickup a prescription in 20 mins then called me on the phone after leaving window less than 5 mins and states we cant fill it until the 1st now normally they can fill a prescription a day early which they have done multiple times in the past. She then went on to say we dont do that at this location it may have been temple ave or another location. I said brook stop it look at the profile we have been using this pharmacy for 3 years she has even filled a prescription a day earlier. Requested to speak to manager he wasnt there and the manager that was there said he will pass my info on to store manager still havent received a call.

Pharmacy manager denied my prescription. Had to got to CVS.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went to use the photo department this morning for personal pictures, and every single one of them were blurry. These were pictures specifically downloaded from a professional photographers email so there was no reason they should have been blurry. I can understand if they were downloaded from Facebook or from a phone, but they werent. Now, you would think the store associate would be happy to reprint them for a paying customer, but she blatantly rolled her eyes in front of me and scowled away. She then came back and BLAMED my photographer for the quality of the pictures. No, you just cant do your job. I called the Walgreens in Sharpsburg and they happily took care of me and the pictures turned out GREAT! I highly stress to go out of your way and avoid this location at all cost...

Terrible customer service! The manager of the store follows you around and the associates are rude. Today my mother came into the store to purchase bandages. It was only one cashier working. She paged for help. The manager goes to the register and calls for the next customer. My mother proceeds to go towards him. The manager says, “No not you.” points at another customer and says “Him.” How ride can you be? He is also a downer because some of the conversations I have heard while walking past him isn’t pleasant. He oozes of negativity and loves to follow individuals around the store. It’s sad to be stereotyped by your own race!

Horrible customer service...they denied two very important rxs for my 83 year old father who has cancer. The pharmacy tech Angela has the nastiest attitude and pharmacist Ms Chapman is extremely rude as well. I filed a formal complaint with the Ga Board of pharmacy this morning...as well as sent a message to Walgreens Corporate.

If you are considering FedEx drop off at this location, pick a different location. I had prepaid labels on my packages for FedEx ground and was told several times they couldnt take them because their FedEx guy doesnt like to pick them up????EDIT: Called this morning to make sure my packages were picked up via FedEx Ground. They were not. REALLY? A nice asst. manager is calling FedEx to have them picked up. I will NEVER use this location for anything ever again.

I always come to this Walgreens to use the red Box but I have gone In occasionaly and the store is very clean and tidy and everyone has always been very helpful and kind. Im sure that if I ever need a prescription filled this will be my go to location for a pharmacy Great location and easily seen from the road.

I emailed in a renewal on a prescription at 815am this morning. I stop by at 350pm to pick it up. One car in front of me. I wait 25 minutes and the car in front leaves without a prescription. I get to the window and am informed they were to busy to refill the prescription, but I can wait. I to drove off with out a prescription and will have to come back. I dont know why they have a drive through, because you have to wait forever. This is an ongoing problem at this location. You get calls that a prescription is ready when you dont have one and no call when you do.

This used to be my pharmacy of choice for many years. I recently had a prescription filled here and after already taking one of my prescribed pills notice they had given me a prescription I was allergic to!!! I have my allegories on file with this pharmacy and all they said was sorry I should be more careful. Luckily this wasnt a allegory that could cause death. Please be careful if you do decide to use this pharmacy or if you have been using them. There are so many other pharmacys close by... please consider using one of them.

Pharmacy hours are ridiculously inconvenient. For it to be a prime location, on such a busy street, the pharmacy should have longer hours. Sunday hours are a joke. And don’t you dare try to get there 5 minutes before they close—they have no intention on helping you. Oh you really need your meds... you’ll probably get an eye roll. Just don’t even plan to pick up your meds on a Saturday or Sunday because you’re an inconvience to their weekend plans.

I stop in at this location frequently. Always good customer service!

I received the worst service at this location. I went to the pharmacy to purchase some syringes for my wife. The pharmacist asked for her info and i had it to her. She told me that they had a protocol to follow and could not sell them to me. My wife has a profile with Walgreens, as she has been a customer for years. I then put my wife on the phone and she gave the pharmacist her information. She then sold me the syringes. Her attitude and demeanor towards me made me feel like she was stereotyping me. I was not pleased with the level of respect and service provided here and they wont receive my business moving forward.

Used to be my pharmacy, but no longer. Theyll take days to fill a prescription, and dont even let you know when its ready unless you go there yourself or call them (which Ive had to do, which leads to finding out the prescription still isnt ready after like two days.) Go elsewhere.

February 21, 2019 around 10:30 a.m., I went to the Walgreens store, 1 Millard Farmer Industrial Blvd, Newnan, GA 30263 to purchase flossers that are on sale at various times. During this visit the clerk on duty a one of a kind personality an older lady, a grand mother who has a way of making the customer experience a pleasant one. She always says something to make me feel better than before I arrived. I always look forward to seeing her on duty everytime I enter the store.

I have filled my Rxs with Walgreens for 5 years. Well this was up until today. The pharmacist at this location is so rude! I have had a run in w/ her a total of two times now. Per her I should take my rx some where else. Which I did.! Not sure how Walgreens can let someone run their pharmacy and be so ugly to their patients, Walgreens has lost me as a customer.

Worst pharmacy I have ever seen. We have never been here and not had a problem. Never had a problem with any of our other pharmacies only reason we use this walgreens is we are required to by our insurance.

I have been a Walgreens customer for almost 5 years. I recently moved to this area and started using this location and it is the worst location I have ever had to deal with!!! They are the rudest staff I ever worked with and they often forget to handle issues they said they would correct! They act is they could care less about anyone’s issue. Just awful. The evening staff are really the worst!!!! And the wait time when picking up, HORRIBLE!!!! It feels like I’m “bothering” them or something 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m already looking to transfer my Rx as soon as possible!

This was my go to pharmacy for years but things started to go downhill. Pharmacy was always short staffed and all the employees are slow as molasses. The auto refills were never filled and totally defeated the purpose of having them done. Switched my pharmacys 2 months ago.The store itself is ok, walgreens has some decent sales but seems to have jumped in price on items in general lately.

Terrible customer service depressing atomosphere. No one greeted me and the guy behind the photo counter was aloof and was in way over his head. Do not go to this Walgreens.

Terrible customer service both visits! This time staff didnt put any effort into transferring my prescription or even picking up the phone from the transferee pharmacy across town. This Walgreens failed to let me know the medicine was not in stock and to call me to let me know that they sent the prescription to another city! Its tough enough just having a migraine.

Always understaffed and long wait time. Don’t go unless you have half an hour to wait (even if it’s already filled.)

The pharmacy closes at 4 pm. I had to just be in pain for hours until the next morning because god forbid the pharmacy stay open until 5 or 6 pm. I mean come on guys.
