I cant give negative stars so they are lucky to get one..Fuel island is not clean. And parking is a joke. Trucks parked where they shouldnt be and bobtails dropping trailers just to take up a parking spot. The reserved parking scam needs to be completely eliminated.

A nice big clean store with fresh coffee 24/7. The only problem I had while here is that many of the free parking spaces are taken by bobtails and local drivers who just leave their trucks here all the time. I had to pay to park one night so that they can have free truck storage. What a waste to have 13 free parking spaces taken by bobtails.

Pilots are almost every where very convenient when traveling and excellent coffee

Pilots have the most careless employees when comes to showers. 5/10 times never has showers available for whatever reason. You drive all day to find out that those lazy people don’t have showers nor don’t want to clean them. What’s the purpose to even have them? This is why I rarely stop at pilot and always go to Loves. This is last time I’m stopping at pilot or flying j. Garbage chain of truck stops

*Clean Restrooms* *Great Coffee*Pump #8 keeps trickling and I sat there and watched it continue to run and charge me with the lever not being pressed! Theres obviously something wrong with the handle that doesnt cut off the fuel.

Fix your air pump! How can you call yourself a travel stop when you don’t have a basic travel necessity to inflate tires?

Nice employees clean store and restrooms. Lots of snacks to choose from. Theres even a Wendys and Subways to eat at. As always Wendys isnt cooked until u order it, so it takes a few minutes to get your order. Not sure about Subways.

Beware... the pumps have card readers and they can get your info including your pin so your card can be used as if it was you.

Let’s see, 2 pumps had no DEF at all. And the Wendy’s randomly decided to just stop serving because they are “short staffed.” Slow and lazy is what this place is. Burnt hot dogs on roller grill. Avoid this place because it’s garbage.

Drove 20 miles to get here because flyingJ takes RVs. They only had 2 places and one had a pickup in it. All parking was two hour only. Went down the street to BP and they were very helpful. Will no longer just use the flyingJ app.

No showers. Cashier says they can’t do showers because there’s only one person working so no one can clean them. I ask if they are all dirty. She says no, but has them all disabled so you can’t get one. Not even a sorry, just plainly says can’t do showers.

My husband and I was there last night we got the handicap shower it was a mess the tolite was leaking and nasty. Trash can was not empty. Nasty shower and not only all this but they only gave us 2 towels and 1 wash cloth and no floor towel we was very disappointed...

I got moldy bread from the Wendy’s. And inside Wendy’s was always closed inside and drive thru only. The subway and actual gas station was okay though.

Gas pump didnt have receipt paper, no coffee creamer, worst pilot Ive ever been to.

Dirty mens bathroom and parking lot,only two washers and dont get me started the employees very unprofessional. Now I remember why I prefer Loves, theyre cleaner well lit inside and now have laundry facilities and better reward system. The only reason I stop here is because Loves doesnt have Western Union. This will be the last time I come to this dump !!!!!

Great place, too many Karens complaining about this truck stop. It is not a bad truck stop at all, disregard negative comments, probably because these people are pretty negative.Its a truck stop, not a hotel.

Subway Wendys gas and anything else you could want. Also les than 300 yards from 85! Includes truck stop with oveenight losging and showers i think; however im5 not a long haul trucker so I could be completely wrong lol

I am a fairly new employee to the company and man, I could not ask for a bigger work environment! When my general manager said its one big family there, I was nervous because Id heard it all before. This is truly the best job Ive ever had and the best managers that anyone could ask for! Great coffee too!

Bathrooms are disgusting and infested with flys.

Alot of reserved spots and more than half are idle air. Not enough showers for the volume so usually have to wait. Has two options for food tho a Wendys as well as a Subway. Clean Pilot and employees are very polite and professional

This place needs a new manager. The parking lot is filthy and full of litter. The inside of the store is in disarray. Long long lines at the check out and the manager is nowhere to be seen. Waited over 45 minutes for a shower with no one in line in front of me. Washing machines wont take credit cards and the cashier wont give out change because of the nationwide coin shortage. Just avoid this place.

Store was super clean! They dont have Pepsi products in the fountains there which I found to be peculiar. But no big deal. The staff were all very friendly. The coffee, fountain, hot food roller area was being meticulously kept by one of the staff. She was very friendly.

Womens restroom was very very clean. Floor, toilets, and sinks. Fully stocked hand soap and paper towels.

5 am on a Saturday morning and in told that showers are unavailable because of short staffing.... Bad way to start the weekend.

This location does not require guests nor employees to properly wear a face covering. Even those handling and preparing food. When mentioned to the SUBWAY employee, she screamed at us over the top of the food. Unsanitary and nasty. No consideration for the public, especially those traveling this country. Truckers keep this country running and this location is risking their health.

Both of the fountain drink machines were down in one way or another. Overall mood of employees once made aware of the mishap was thats not my job. No, your job is to stand behind the counter and flirt with the truck drivers coming in and out. Go to Loves to get your fuel and meals. They have pleasant helpful employees.

This was our last stop before getting home. This one had a gated area for dogs loved it. Wish some people would clean up after their pets. Bags are provided.

This is repeatedly one of the worst pilot travel centers I have visited the pumps pump 1 to 2 gallons of gas at a time the line at Wendys is consistently longer and slower than any other Wendys in a pilot or flying j around the country. The soda machine one out of two of them is consistently either out of ice or the soda is flat. This pilot travel Center needs to get it together because its consistently disappointing and frustrating especially as a professional driver who spends hundreds of dollars a week at pilot flying j..

Love getting my coffee here. This one was big and offered many choices of thingsOf things you can drink, which is important to me cause we travel in a semi and I want a variety of things to drink cause we are always so hot and sweaty. They have the digital coke machines where you can look and chose you soda and they have so many different flavors. My favorite is the mello yellow raspberry peach. So stop in and enjoy a cold beverage

Where to start?? First they gave me and my hubby the handicap shower. That shower isnt big enough for anyone who may actually need it. Certainly wasnt big enough for 2 people. When we asked for a different shower they did accommodate however there were NO towels, wash rags or hand towels. Had to specifically ask. Then had to ask again for another towel because apparently they think 2 people should share 1 towel. When we asked we were told they are running low on towels. Should have told us that when we PAID $12 for a shower. Also every single time anyone in the building flushed a toilet our water in the shower turned scalding hot. Do NOT recommend showering at this location. EVER!

Mens restroom was disgusting and in serious need of cleaning. Coffee refills, might as well buy a new cup and toss out your nice travel mug, same price either way $2.04 after tax for a 24oz refill. The cashier was nice with a smile and happy to greet you. Its conveniently located off i85 with large truck parking area.

Love the Pilot! They are fast & clean! Bathrooms are always kept clean & stocked as is the store. Im just confused about 1 tiny detail. Why does this Pilot location NOT sell beer? I know we arent supposed to drink & drive, & I DONT, but taking it home isnt a crime. With todays market, you would think that Pilot would be more with the competitive market.

I love the actual gas station itself. I have never had any issues with any if the staff or the products they provide. They do need to fix where the trucks come out at though. There has been many times, when trying to make a left hand turn, I cannot because the trucks are blocking the entire entrance.

Very busy truck stop and gas station. Bathrooms were very clean though. Lots of food options. There is a Subway and a Wendys inside. The service at the Wendys is always unbelievably slow, but its decent for fast food. Standard Wendys. Very close off the exit on the right if going north and easy to get back on the interstate. Decent spot to stop 45 minutes south of Atlanta.

For starters, this place has a lot of parking. The managers and staff, shout out to Mohammed and his crew, are very helpful and fast paced, these guys dont let lines form, and they clear the traffic quick. Friendly employees and clean facilities. This is the place to stop if youre in the area. One of the best in the region. Five stars

If you are ordering parking lot through online be careful because their website tells you that your card declined and when you give up and look for another parking lot like rest areas or some other places and then check your online banking you will see that they dedicated your money and you did not use their parking lot. CRAZY AND AMAZING THING.

Well I get there on a Saturday and start my re-start, there was plenty of room to park and seemed like a nice environment, until I get out and walk to the store, place was trashed out with garbage all over the parking lot, with urine stench floating in the air. So I stayed in my truck for the most part. Come Monday morning, I went to take another shower and hadnt realized I was out of shower credits and the young lady (behind the counter) refused to give me a courtesy shower, I explained that I only needed 40 more gallons to receive shower power, I was still denied a shower. So I asked to speak with a Manager and she refuses me, so I waited around till I saw the Manager, didnt say anything other than, may I please get a shower, Im only 40 gallons away from shower power, and without hesitation he said yes Sr.you may have one. Now that wasnt so hard I said to myself. So I want to thank the Manager for being so courteous and allowing me to start my day right.

Always a great place to take a travel break. Lots of choices for food or just snacks. Always clean restrooms. Easy on and off of the interstate.

Crowded should have pump monitors after 10 minutes an attendant needs to be notified. You have drivers taking 30 min breaks at the pump. I know thats another position(s) to fill but think of how fluently trucks would bein and out and lines wont be to the road

The store and gas station part is good. Whats bad is when trucks try to get in and out pilot is a truck stop but the way they built the ingress and egress for trucks makes it more difficult than it should be the trucks also need an entrance of their own so theyre not having to work around regular vehicles to get to their fuel and parking

The staff is awesome the guy that takes the stuff to the dumpster was a huge help to me getting my truck started

Tried to pay-at-pump, it wouldnt let me past the member card thing, then locked me out of all pumps. Had to go inside and pay fixed amount instead of filling up. Motorcycles dont have fuel gauges, we depend on mileage, so this type of thing is a real pain. Will avoid this station in the future.

They have a long line of people waiting to pay for their purchases. It was noticeable to the staff, but It took them a while before they opened up another cash register. Wendys was not too considered either about peoples time, because there was a very long line, except for the Subway, they were pretty good in taking orders, and getting you on your way, but other then that its a nice place to get a shower, and a 10hr break,

Cleanest, nicest stop anywhere on I-85. Good food choices between Subway, Wendys, and convenience food. Low price on fuel. Very clean showers for truckers. Easy to get in and out of with limited traffic.

Road service tech Red damaged 2 brand new batteries, while installing them in my truck. To the tune of nearly $600 out of my pocket !! Because of their low skill technician. Pilot refuses to pay for them. Big Corporation claiming to be so friendly and all about the customer Yeah right more like Pilot Scam Service

Store had plenty of different snacks. Staff was nice. Restrooms were clean. Truck parking lot is smelly and nasty looking. It is in serious need of pressure wash. The truck entrance and exit need to be redone. The entrance is not very visible until right on it and the exit being blended with cars is not efficient either.

Stopped in yesterday, hit drive thru Wendys heading back to highway. Middle of a 8-9 hr drive. Ordered a single, plain. Back on highway found it was done all the way. Could barely eat it. Poor execution in case where details matter. I hope Wendys mgmt sees this review. Piss poor attempt at being average.

They need to mop the floor around the urinals more often. Its hard to stand and use the urinal without stepping in urine. I wanted a Coke for the caffeine but the soft drink machine was not calibrated correctly in the coke tasted too carbonated. I went for coffee and thought Id get half decaf half regular and they didnt have any decaf. In fact they only had 4 choices in total. Ill keep this in mind so that I dont use this exit the next time I need a restroom break while traveling 85.

Always very full. Unless you are bobtailing or have a reserved spot enter at your own risk of no parking and frustrated drivers. Perfect location, it just needs expansion very badly.

Excellent place to stop while traveling. Although it is a truck stop, its very clean and has a Wendys and other food options. It is a safe, clean place to stop, get gas, eat and shop.

The Wendys that is inside this Pilot doesnt take the rewards card, so dont waste your time. Crossing the road when exiting the Pilot is easy if there is no traffic either way.

Clean restaurant and store. No one cleaned the restrooms for over 30 hours, even though I spoke to personnel. Clean restrooms are a must! Other than that, staff is friendly, helpful, Showers clean, and we even received extra towels. Parking was as expected. High traffic area and maintenance needs to clean the so called nature area. What use is having an area to walk peacefully through if all you see is trash everywhere!? Clean out the trash cans you provide so theres little room for spillage and wildlife picking through it, please.

Way too crowded! They need to expand this one or someone needs to put another travel center here to lighten the load. No where to park our RV long enough to run in for a few minutes, not even in the semi truck area, which we try to avoid anyway since thats for semis.

I stopped here twice a week on my dedicated route from Texas to Atlanta Georgia👍 I already know the best time for available free parking parking9:00am to 3:00pm and sometimes after time theres still free parking👍

Bad parking layout and no window scrubbers to clean your windshield when you get fuel. Dirty fuel island, people waiting in line at counters and no 1 cares about it. Way to go.

Great staff I stop by the Pilot every time I visit my brother in Morland ga I love the organic Colombian coffee two in particular stand out not to take from the rest but Michael and Monica always greet with a smile TY all for enjoying your job...
