Awful place to go this this franchise is the worst. Not only does this attendant dont know how to use the register or debit card machine but he has poor customer service Im talking about the halfway bald guy with long hair on the sides and bald on top. Take responsibility for your human errors instead of passing the buck onto the customers

Purchase required to use the restrooms. Store was a bit of a mess, but nice variety of food choices. Gas prices were decent.

I went to this has station and tried to redeem my rewards. I put in my number as my alternate id and instead of getting the 13¢ off it says I had available it only gave me ¢5 off. I went inside to talk to the cashier who was there and she was really nice explained that there was nothing that she could do but to call shells and see what they could do. So I called shells customer service number and because this station is independently owned they couldnt help me. So I finally was able to get in touch with the owner who works there and she argued me up and down raised her voice about they cant do anything for me its a system issue and out of their control. So Im like if you cant help me and shells cant help me what do I do because Im giving you my money and everybody wants to save on gas wherever they can. I have 9 children and bills so I try and appreciate being able to save when I can. After trying to get a word in over her telling and screaming making it clear that she couldnt and wouldnt help me she hung up in my face. I was very upset. I tried to call back and the wouldnt answer. I didnt curse at her threatened her or anything else but I will make sure others know that this place doesnt care anything about your concerns neither do they want to help. And to top it all off they have horrible customer service to just hang up in my face I wasnt yelling at her and was over taking me and just hung up. This makes shells look bad and that station. I will continue to put the world out every where I can!

Kinda old but they have EVERYTHING you could ask for in a gas station. Friendly service and never a long checkout time!

The 🚺 facilities were a complete mess, trash everywhere and 😷 from lack of cleaning was 🤢. Before I could use the facilities I had to do plumbing work on both stalls, one wasn’t flushing and the other wasn’t filling up. Then tried to wash my hands and of course, no soap 😡, went to talk to the clerk and he acts like he had no idea. Management should do a better job at checking the facilities on a regular basis. I know this is no Quick Trip or Racetrac but come on, don’t set your standards too low.

Nice place

This gas station is actually all right, the gas is about $0.07 cheaper from what Ive noticed and you can get in and out a little quicker. A lot of people that live in those apartments behind the gas station go here

The owner and I always joke edith each other

Its like the closest shell, my car likes high test gas. The cashier is cool, ultimate convenience store. I had slow pumping gass problem one time. Pump spewed gas on the side of my car once. Pump was not working once. You would think that these were bad experiences, no? Just goes to show you that we can overlook a lot when we get good CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bad customer service. The Asian girl knocked on the bathroom door and yelling told me not to use so much toilet paper. She is really RUDE. The paper was stuck and the dispenser made noise.
