Would like to say that I had a good experience. Countertops put in on Friday and look good. However, they left leaving a missing backsplash. I sent them a picture of it at 4:04 on Friday and they are literally 3 minutes away. Today is Tuesday and still no backsplash!

I dont ever write reviews but because I was so impressed with Beta Granite of Newnan, Ga. and their service, I really feel compelled to acknowledge this company. This company is wonderful! I had Beta Granite, Newnan Ga., to replace my kitchen counters and they did an amazing job! I had them come back a year later to place a top on an island that I had custom made by a local cabinet maker. My experience on both occasions was very pleasing. Beta Granite has a very professional staff; theyre very friendly and knowledgeable about theyre product, and offers honest advice regarding what works well with your needs, and their prices are very reasonable compared to most granite companies. They were prompt with completion of their work as promised and very accommodating with my work schedule. I searched and inquired at other companies, yet I was really happy I selected them for the service that I needed. I respectfully recommend Beta Granite to everyone! Thanks Shaqir and all the other staff there, because you all were great!

The folks at Beta Granite are wonderful to work with. The choices of slabs are wonderful, the measurements are always accurate and the installations go very smoothly. We have used them for our house and our rental properties. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

My wife and I heard about Beta Granite from friends who had work done. We had priced the box stores and thought that granite was out of our price range. Then we met Beta and their prices put us back into our budget with them being much less expensive than the stores and they had a much wider selection to choose from. Great customer service, great product

My husband and I visited BETA Granite a few months back after going to several other granite places. I really appreciated the customer service that they had. They took time out to help me find the color we were looking for and took time to listen without cutting me off. They had a one week turnaround which worked out great since we needed new countertops at such a short notice. We love our countertops and refer these guys at BETA to everyone

When I wanted to get my kitchen redone, we spend many hours and days looking for the best company that provided quality service and customer service but no one offered these like Beta Granite did. Their price was the best out of all the other competitors out there and the job they did was fantastic.

28 April 2019 - Over a year after installation, still have not come back to make repairs. Also, they were going to make a shower wall seat for Wholesale Flooring. Still havent heard from Beta Granite or Don (Installer) at Wholesale flooring. He lied to me at least on five separate occasions. DO NOT PAY BEFORE THEY COMPLETE WORK AND YOU INSPECT!!!!!!!!!Bathroom sinks not installed properly. A year later, still not addressed. Big gap between top of sinks and countertop. Instead of removing and reinstalling the sinks, they caulked between the sink and countertop, which create a wide gap for debris and dirt to collect... eventually turning to mold. The sinks should fit flush. Also, the backsplash was not cut properly and the back was higher than the side. They should have used a shim or recut the backsplash. This was never corrected. Noted the crew appeared to be inexperienced and in a hurry to install and depart. When we brought these issues to Beta they were very slow to respond. Now we have a new countertop with gaps and misaligned backsplash. I believe Beta Granite is capable of doing excellent work; however, carefully inspect work before paying and make sure you put a to be completed date and warranty in the contract. .

I spend time looking at different showrooms and granite warehouse but these guys guided me through every step to get my kitchen looking how i dreamed it. Thank you for your services!!!

You dont want to work with this guys. The job wasnt done right and they are not willing to come and fix the problem. VERY POOR SERVICE. Im sure that the other reviews are FAKE!
