This review is ONLY for my experience with their customer service over the phone/via email (for residential). Although they have always answered my calls, I feel they could be more patient and quick in their response. Trying to get my kitchen job scheduled needed several calls and emails before I was able to successfully do it. I am sure they get tons of customers and the customer service reps/sales reps are super busy, but that shouldnt be an excuse.

Great customer response time and service!I bought my granite countertops through Home Depot and Mega Granite supplied and installed them. At first sight, they looked lovely. Once I had the chance to take a really close look, I found cracks, glue residue and 2 fairly substantial chips! Running my hand over the top surface was like exploring the surface of the moon, it felt so flawed.I was very disappointed. So I called them and they sent out a supervisor who educated me about granite - how it is mined and its natural pits. Then they proceeded to fix the countertops - scrapped off all the glue residue, filled in the chips (which werent really chips but pits), etc.The countertops not only look good but now they feel smooth as well.My kitchen renovation is back on track and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

I can not say enough great things about my experience with Mega Granite. Melanie Hutchison was my sales rep and she was so patient with me allowing me to make changes & she always called and/or emailed me back. Upfront she told me about time frames, what would take place and all of that happened exactly as she stated it would!!! They called me and kept me updated & notified of any appointments for measuring and installation. Melanie even went as far as sending me a true picture of the quartz they had in stock on the one that I had picked out on the internet bc I was unsure since this was my first time purchasing a nicer caliber of countertops. She was super helpful in helping me pick out what I was looking for. The installers, Benito & his team, were amazing. They were so polite & respectful and insisted on sweeping up after he was done. I was given the time frame of when they would show up, and he still called me and confirmed when he was on his way. They came in, got the job done quickly and efficiently. This was an absolute wonderful experience for me and I highly recommend this company if you are looking to install any type of granite, marble or quartz etc. Huge thank you to Mega Granite & their team for taking such great care of me!!! I still have backsplash to install but here are a few pictures of my quartz and sink that they installed. I am in love with my new kitchen!! 🤗

I wanted to specifically call out the excellent work done today by Nelson and Steven. Today, they came to cut off part of my existing countertops installed by Mega Granite about 3 years ago. They still looked great, I just wanted to rearrange some things. It was a TIGHT kitchen and they moved through with ease and an abundance of caution. They were punctual, kind, and made sure I was happy with everything. Nelson is clearly an expert and was able to make sure the new cuts would match everything else another employee had done years ago. April in the office was also great scheduling the appointment. I highly recommend Mega Granite and these employees in particular. Thanks for helping me continue to make my home work for me. :)

We have used Mega for our granite kitchen counters and this week for our quartz pieces in our master shower. Both times we had exceptional service. During selection Chasity was super helpful. The install went great and on time. I would definitely recommend

While almost all projects will have a surprise or two, every now and then, a project has things happen that defy all odds. I just had that type of project. It took a bit to find our traction, but the people at Mega Granite joined with me in working our way through some very unusual circumstances and time constraints. I will not hesitate to call on them again or send my closest family and friends to them. My job certainly wasn’t a very large one, but you couldn’t tell it by the way they dove in to help until everything was complete and perfect. A plus side of needing to have so much contact with this company through this odyssey is that I feel I have made a friend. Thank you Mega Granite.

I replaced my kitchen counter tops with quartz from Mega Granite. The customer service was second to none from start to finish. The installers were absolutely amazing with their professionalism & technical expertise. I highly recommend Mega Granite to anyone needing their services. You wont regret it!

These people starched my farm house sink and lied about it . I had taking pictures of the installers and they had to fess up . The story does not end there. It has been only a year and a half since they installed my quarts counters and sink. My sink is moving when you move up to it . I called them and they said the warranty is only good for one year on install. Total rip off.

Ordered 16 tons of gravel that I needed on a specific date/time and they went out of their way to make sure it was delivered on time. The quality of the stone/gravel was superb and pulled the whole project together. The driver spread the gravel with such precision that we barely had any work left. Such a great experience from start to finish with great communication ! Highly recommend !!

This place has the absolute WORST Measuring dept, Scheduling dept, Installers, and Fabricators. One of my side pieces arrived damaged, my larger piece that included my sink was an inch too long, the scheduling dept cant communnucate with their installers. Save yourself the headache and find someone else.

Every business is friendly when they’re making the sale. And customer service is always great - as long as nothing is really wrong. But the real measure of a business - is how do they respond when NOTHING goes right!!!My wife and I live in Columbus, GA and had finally decided to upgrade our countertops. We looked all around and she could not find the color she wanted. We asked a few friends and someone recommended Mega Granite - so off to Newnan we go. My wife finally finds the perfect color - Mega Sparkle. It’s white, not too many flecks, and large flecks of glass that sparkle when the light hits it. It was the perfect color to brighten our kitchen.Everything was fine until the install step. The slabs were warped! No slab is perfect, but these were beyond adjustments. No problem - just head back to the shop, get some more Mega Sparkle. Only everything they had at the shop - as it turned out - was warped too! This happened Monday before Thanksgiving! WE were planning to host my family! At this point, we have no countertops, no kitchen sink, no cooktop, and no dishwasher, so - no Thanksgiving - at least not in this kitchen. We continue to wait - next shipment - warped! - the next shipment - warped! - and so on and so on. We were asked to keep our receipts for our dining out - and so we did - for 15 days without a kitchen. It wasn’t just Thanksgiving, we cook daily for our family of four and now we can’t - or if we do - we can’t clean up afterwards. This was a BIG dent in our daily routine. For 15 days we had to go out - get take out - or eat simple like store bought muffins for breakfast. 15 days is a long time to go without your kitchen and without being able to prepare home cooked meals.Fortunately - Mega Granite understood the size of the problem. They worked tirelessly throughout the entire ordeal to find a solution. The warped condition of the material was unusual and to be repeatedly warped was highly unusual! Mega Granite was in uncharted waters - with us! And that’s what mattered the most - we felt they were just as frustrated as we were and promised throughout they would make this right. AND THEY DID! They settled-up with us beyond our expectations - and now they’ve got a customer for life. They truly understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Upgrading a kitchen is no small task and we needed a partner - not just some countertops - and that’s exactly what we got! I will use them again - and I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

We purchased a 1 cubic yard of crushed granite and a boulder for our backyard. The owner actually met me at crushed granite location and drove me back to where the granite was being stored onsite. We drove an hour to Mega Granite because we heard they did a good job. It was misting outside and when we got there the receptionist was extremely rude to us. She angrily told us we would not be allowed to go outside to view the granite b/c of the rain. She could have delivered the news in a much more professional manor. She suggested we walk around and view the slabs inside, which we did. Not once in the half hour we walked around inside did anyone offer to help us. We left without anyone acknowledging us after we were so rudely told we’d wasted our time driving up there. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Your team did an amazing job with the template. I never thought of taking it in that direction, but its so perfect! Its ethereal! It took my breath away! Very poor customer service from such a large company. They really need to work on their sales, friendliness and response time. We did not make it past the bidding phase so I cannot speak about the quality of their work.

You can not beat the customer service, knowledge and price for your money. Hands down the best experience I have ever had. We went in with a specific budget and rough idea of product and left on budget with an even better and more unique product than we could have imagined on our own. Our Rep was Jessica Adams and she really listened and found us the perfect item.

So I am only part way through the process, but: When I originally called, they said they could template in less than a week, and then install a max of 10 days later. I paid my deposit. It took TWO weeks for template folks to get to my house, and now another 2 weeks for install. Not what I was told. I would have used another company and paid a bit more to get an accurate schedule. On the plus side, their prices are competitive, but beware the schedule bait-and-switch... :-(

We had our countertop installed by this company, they did Great work. It can be expensive but if you go in with a price on what you are willing to spend they can usually find something to fit your budget. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

All the employees from Mega Granite were professional and pleasant to work with. The complete process from ordering to making the template to install only took two weeks. If I have another project with granite I will certainly choose Mega Granite.

I was so fortunate because Mega Granite salesperson helped my daughter and I find the best countertop for the least money to match the new grey paint on the cabinets. WOW! The best install team! They cleaned up once they where finished with the install of my new counters. What a superior team!

What a mess!!! I had two perfectly matched slabs of granite. Mega Granite cut a piece too short and ruined the whole piece. Mega Granite only would recut the piece that they miss cut (out of a different slab) so now I have a kitchen that the island and counter tops do not match. It is horrible. Mega Granite will not do anything more. What a mess!!! Do not use them!!!

My experience with Mega Granite was great! I purchased a beautiful soapstone countertop and a granite countertop. The process went like clockwork. Had a vanity countertop installed by them. Work was excellent. Service was great too, and everyone was easy to deal with.

Mega Granite did the install for my quartz counter tops that I bought from another vendor. Their team was very professional. There was a minor accident and my refrigerator was dented. I contacted Samsung, who referred a repair service and my account manager Greg Kilgore, made sure it was taken care of no worries. The very next week I had a brand new fridge door. I did not have to be out of pocket they paid directly for the repairs. I would definitely do business with Mega Granite again and will most definitely seek out Greg to handle my account.

I had some serious issues with the owners of Mega Granite. Magda and I entered into a contract whose value was about $26. Magda broke her word (because I believe she was confused), didnt respond to texts, calls, etc. It cost me a lot of time, energy and money. I would be very cautious about doing work with them, because if the owner doesnt understand then they dont keep their word.

Ive had two projects done by MegaGranite - countertops and a tub deck for a master bath remodel and countertops for a kitchen remodel. The product Ive received and the sales/delivery experience has been great both times (Susan Hestley, Georgia Fertal).I would have given them five stars, but I didnt really appreciate the attitude of the woman who processed the payments. I realize the business has to make decisions about their business model (how to process credit card payments), but when I just drove over an hour to do business with them a second time (I live in Alpharetta), I dont need attitude. It was completely inconsistent with the professionalism displayed by the sales team, and degraded the experience.At the end of the day though, the product I received was great.
