Work was more than acceptable. Worked around owners schedule but had added extra costs for HD, 84 lumber.

Provided timely, courtesy, professional service. Technician was friendly and took the time to explain exactly what was done. Also advised of some items on our garage door & openers system that needed to be serviced periodically that could keep the system operating properly, items they could service or I. Who does that? You may call them for only a single repair but when they arrive they address total system operation. They exceeded my expectations. I wont ever call anyone but Focus for garage door service!
