We had an unexpected start to the day when our garage door decided it wanted to not close properly. We called to see if we could make an appointment ASAP for service and a very nice gentleman named Joe came out and he got it working again in a timely manner! We selected Mid-Georgia Garage Door for two projects. They installed the garage door in a pole shed and also a door and opener in a garage we had just built. Both projects perfectly executed at a reasonable cost. Several months we had some scraping on the door in the front garage caused by the install of the siding around the door. Mid-Georgia came out and adjusted their door at no cost. Great customer service. Great product. Thank you.

They have never once let me down with anything they do for my garage issues. They are always friendly and very quick with scheduling. Charlie came today while I was out doing errands and called once he completed the job, he even closed the garage door for me and called to tell me I could pay over the phone or online. I love my garage door people I wouldnt have any other company!

We dont normally call anyone to help with household repairs, but the cost for them to come out was super affordable and entirely worth saving our time and effort. They were able to make an appointment within a day, came exactly on time, and were finished sooner than I thought possible, having done the exact same repair on a home we owned in CA. In addition, the maintenace he did on the system made it sooooo much quieter, a real perk when you have babies that need to nap! Dont hesitate to call these guys, they are great. We called to have 2 garage doors installed in a building. Samantha was extremely helpful in getting prices, discussing what they had available and explaining the process of ordering doors. When building was installed they were very prompt scheduling install. Chance came out to install. He worked constantly the time he was here. It is the best looking install I have ever seen for a garage door. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend if anyone needs any garage door work done.

Great experience! Our kids had given us a garage door opener for Christmas and a friend had come over to help us install it, but said that sadly, our garage had a clearance problem and that it wouldnt work. I called Mid-Ga Garage Doors and they came when they said they would, even called ahead that morning.Charlie was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, He said that it would be a challenge to put it up, but that he would try. After making some adjustments, the unit was completely installed and running less than two hours later. Great service, great price, great people!Glad to do business with good local folks!

I had an excellent experience in having this company replace a section of our garage door. Our garage door was manufactured by the company Overhead Door and in order for Mid-Georgia to install the exact matching piece they had to order it from Overhead Door.Mid-Georgia gave me a quote for the job but their outstanding integrity advised me to call Overhead and get a quote from them as well, despite the possibility of losing me as a customer. The quote from Overhead should have been less expensive since the door was manufactured by Overhead and there would be no middle man involved.I followed their instructions and to my surprise Overheads quote was several hundred dollars more expensive than Mid-Georgia despite Mid-Georgia having to buy the door from Overhead before install.Needless to say, I went with Mid-Georgia and was extremely impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and most of all their integrity. Those are rare qualities these days. This is now the only garage company I will ever call in the future and I highly recommend them.

The spring broke on our garage door and then came off track. I called them the next morning and they sent someone out that afternoon. They were running behind and someone called to let me know they’d be a little later, which I appreciated. The two guys fixed it in about 20 minutes. The price was what I was expecting given my research. Would recommend them.

They are good old boys and girls.They have homes and families here.They have a vested interest in doing good work, providing quality product.They have not overcharged me, ever.They have maintained the equipment they installed for quite reasonable fees.They have been polite to the people Ive referred and the ones that used Mid-Georgia report similar experiences.At least interview them, worth your time.Also, they will travel outside the immediate area or so Im told.

Professional, competent, and fast in an emergency. My garage door was barely hanging on for no possible good reason and they quickly sent a technician over to make it operational again and not a hazard. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in their service area.

Our garage door came off track and I called to schedule a non-emergency appt at 08:15. Mid-GA arrived at 09:00 and they had the door fixed in about an hour for a VERY fair price. The team was very professional and I would recommend Mid-GA Garage Door anytime!!

Excellent service. I had them install garage door openers on our first home years ago. They just recently fixed the door openers and door spring on our new home. Weve also used them several times at our office when the overhead doors jam up. Always a pleasure dealing with the office staff and guys they send out.

A few days ago, our garage door would not close unless you held the button in until it reached bottom. I called Gene, and he sent a very knowledgeable and professional technician over. One of my garage door openers was hit by lightning. They were fifteen years old. Went ahead and had both replaced with belt drive openers. So nice and quiet compared to the old chain drives I had! This company is first class from the installers to the office staff! These folks should be the benchmark for any small business! One of the springs on my garage door broke causing the door to only let up partially. Called Mid-Georgia on a Friday morning and they came out the following Monday. The technician who came out is named Charlie and he was friendly and professional. It took him about 30 minutes to replace both springs and install a keypad for the garage. The total was about $280. I would recommend them to others and use them again.

Our garage door was installed a little over a year ago. The spring and rod was not properly mounted. It was screwed into the sheetrock directly. Sheetrock cant handle the weight and pressure long term. There was not a 2×6 mounted into the studs first. Just out of warranty too. Thankful it did not damage our cars.

MGGD installed a 1/2hp motor and 8ft rail system that works perfectly. My previous system had issues closing, even though the sensors appeared to be fine. Ever since the new system was installed, no more delays and no more fighting to get the door lowered. The MGGD entire team, the receptionist to the techs, did an excellent and efficient job at a very acceptable price point.

Ive used them for years at my personal residence, with excellent results. When I acquiring rental properties I used them, as well, with the same results. Recently, they reinstalled a garage door at one of my rentals. It had a few glitches with opening and closing. I tried to resolve the problem my self, but made matters even worse...this was on a Saturday. I left a voice mail, that day, and on Monday a supervisor, Charlie (I think his name is), responded to my call and promptly resolve problem with the door.
