Depends on what you buy. Items cheaper and somethings good residental but for commercial ...not so much...the clamps I brought was too flimsy (aluminium) and was unusable on holding 1 1/2 in. Wood together

Just a great place to shop. Have seen just about everything in this store and I continue to find something to buy every time I go into this Harbor Freight location. The employees are wonderful. Theyre always upbeat, ready to assist you if need be, and also ready to chat...!

Lots of tools at a good price. Better than going to Home Depot or Lowes if youre just after a tool. In and out faster and less crowded.

Have shopped here for years and last 2 times my debit card has been declined. Nothing wrong with my card as I can use it everywhere else. Nobody seems interested in addressing issue. Its definitely a Harbor Freight issue and not a card issue. Off to Home Depot.

I drove to Harbor Freight to buy a hot knife to cut Styrofoam because your website said it as in stocks. There was only one and it was a demo. So I drove back home. Wasted an hour.

Always had at least one tool that I need. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well stocked. Its only 4 stars because some of the floor model items arent assembled very well and dont represent the actual product correctly.

Its a awesome store. Being a older man, I felt that feeling of being 7 again and in the Sunshine department store and mom said to pick out a toy. It was the same feeling. I want it all. I over stent on my budget but its ok. The personal there was very helpful and knew exactly what I was asking for and where it was. A item I wanted wasnt on display because of the amount of people also wanting it and I asked about it and the guy went into the stock area and brought out a case of them. One for me and he restocked. Great store. I definitely recommend this store. Thanks and God bless.

Great products at Amazing Prices! If you are on a Budget and need Tools or equipment, this is the place to come. Example a Truck hitch extender normally cost around $80. The same one (different brand) Cost $29/$39 at Harbor Freight!

I have never had an issue until the past 2 weeks. Called to make sure they had items in stock, they said yes but they didnt when I got there and mgr said they havent been. Went back this weekend one of the 2 items in stock. They refused to sell a display because they didnt want to put another together when they come in. NOT my favorite place right now.

The layout of the store is easy to navigate and vaguely labeled, and they generally stay stocked enough that youll find what youre looking for.

Very helpful the workers load and air compressor which was very heavy.

The lady in the store was absolutely the best I went to four different stores before I found what I needed she let me open the box to make sure that it was the right thing. I think she should be given a raise. Nobody can beat the price and value of harbor freight tool thank you harbor freight

Didnt have the tool I was looking for but they have a lot of other tools.

This store was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly. The only downside is there was no one to help look for anything or provide expertise on tools or equipment, like you get with big box stores.

If you own a house, they plenty of things youd like to have. Tools, gadgets, and light equipment

They have great moving blankets. These happen to double as dog bedding and they work great for it. Outside dogs that destroy every nice thing anyone has ever done for them and they havent messed these up yet. So thats a win.

Harbor Freight is a great place to shop for tools and things needed for projects. Their prices are lower than the other big box stores and their tools have a good warranty. They have lots of sales and coupons to save you money and their staff are knowledgeable and polite. Its well worth visiting, just to see what they carry. You might find that certain something you are missing and at an affordable price.

Harbor Freight is a great place. Found a drain snake for far cheaper than another place in town. Also had a 20% coupon from their website. Staff was helpful from the floor staff to the checkout team. Ran into a local contractor who gave great advice. Looks like I was in the right place today for my tool needs.

Store looks ok customer service not to bad only thing I would mention that I bought 70 pound equipment and at the counter agent offered me to put cart on a side pull my car over and when I did nobody came outside, I had to go inside to get my box 📦 load by my self no help. Maybe its there policy to not help people load there box I dnot know. Thanks

The good ol Horror Fright, I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Everything is super cheap, but some of it breaks after the first time you use it. I love the lifetime warranty on the hand tools. Believe me, you are gonna need it cuz its all made of chinesium. Love this place, I buy my specialty automotive tools that Ill probably only ever use once, twice, maybe 3 times from here.

Usually the staff here are very engaged and friendly. I guess the holidays got the best of them.Manager was called into assist with my transaction, and I was trying to make small talk...she just walked off with no response. Store was not busy, but I think we interupted her huddle in her office.

They had just what I wanted at a great price.

Good tools for the price and now they have lifetime warranties on most of their tools. However, there are some told your need to stay away from... Like their swivel impact sockets. When they said its usually in a spectacular manner with pieces going EVERYWHERE. I use their jumbo wrenches at work so we dont have to spend hundreds on a couple of wrenches from big names.
