I went in looking for a spare for my trailer. I went to customer service to get help. The guy that was there clearly did not want to help me and quickly pushed me off on someone else. No problems with her. This location did not have any spares for my trailer. They were all online special order only. I was having a bit of an emergency, so I ended up getting Slime (which did not work) instead. When I was checking out, the cashier did not acknowledge me for a good minute while she was talking to someone else. When she finally turned around to check me out, she barely spoke to me during the transaction. Im pretty sure I know the reason behind this behavior. Trust me, I will NEVER visit this location again unless it was an emergency.

Tractor Supply Newnan Ga. has wasted about 6 hours of mine this week. I purchased and paid for 3 items from them and ended up with nothing. I got refunds on all items but this involved 5 trips to the store 30 miles round trip each time. One $1200 item was dropped and damaged while loading with fork lift. Another item was not needed because of damaged first item. They sold me 5 bags of cement and did not have any in stock and I waited on for about 30 minutes for them to discover this. Very disappointing.

Bought a Bad Boy lawn mower and in less than a month the belt snapped. The manager said I must have hit something and then tried to sell me a new belt for half price. If you want a Bad Boy lawn mower go to Saw and Mower in Palmetto or a different Tractor Supply.Called Bad Boy and they said Tractor Supply hasn’t registered our purchase and it’s suppose to be done at the point of sale!!!

It was the worst sevice I have ever had I Am NOT a thief I got propane gas and was aloud in the store to buy more stuff.. Bad bad bad!!!

I came to the Tractor Supply in Newnan location. I was looking to get a trailer box for my trailer. I found one on the very top third sheft where there located. However I could not find anyone to help me get it down and there was 2 price labels in front of the tsc box for $99.00. I fought to get off shelf straining buy back. Turned out it was 200 plus. No labels neer it at all. The gentleman who finally showed up scanned and said that he was going to let me get it for 99.00 since I fought to get it down and there were no prices near it..cashier would not because she went back and finally found the correct tag on other side and lower lever. Very disappointed and hurting having to get it down myself and basically moving there inventory for them. Nothing is in correct place and disarray ed. Wont be do no shopping there anymore.. okay then I get a response from the owner to call and go more into detail about my experience and the problem I had which I did and spoke with the young lady which was super nice and informed me that I would be getting a call back from the district manager ....

States that mask are required but that was not the case when I stopped by today February 20, 2021 at about 2 pm. The store was very crowded and there were many people not wearing mask in the store. I turned around and left and did not purchase anything as I did not feel it was a safe environment to shop in. There was an extremely long line with no one practicing social distancing and the majority of customers were not wearing mask. Very disappointing.

Had to purchase a new pressure washer and Tractor Supply had models with more power & more pressure for less that the big box stores. Their product line appears to be sturdier than the big box stores models. My new washer was easy to assemble & started on the first pull. The staff was very helpful & I look forward to future purchases from Tractor Supply.

I had to call the 877 number to have them call the store because they refused to answer the phone. When you walk into the store, the staff make you feel as if you are an inconvenience to their day. They do not know their products and give you an attitude when you ask about them. The only exception was a manager named Madison. She was helpful, knowledgeable and nice. If you do not know what you need and are going to ask questions ask for her, if not run. this is not the place to go and they will make you feel and look stupid, management included.

They pick up the phone and hang up when you call, super rude.

Had the item we were looking for in stock, nothing more than that was the experience.

Went in for a specific fence paint. When I didn’t see any on the floor and I ask a gentleman working in the back stocking items if they had any paint in the back. The answer was no. Ok, no big deal.On my way out I noticed some 5 gallon buckets of paint being stored up high on top of some shelves away from the paint aisle. I found 1 bucket of what I went in for and proceeded to grab a step ladder and get it down.I circled back to customer service and ask a lady and the same gentleman if they had any more of this paint in the store anywhere since I stumbled upon this bucket in a random place. His immediate response in the rudest tone possible, “No, I already told you that.”He should just stay in back and not interact with customers....

I go in here A LOT to buy supplies for all of my animals. There are several good employees that are always willing to help!

The staff here is very nice and the lady who helped us with the cattle fencing was courteous when getting the fencing from the pile to our vehicle. The price was pretty reasonable and the fencing is incredibly sturdy too. Theres a very large selection of things here for outdoor home and farm needs.

I came to purchase a cargo hitch for my car. Calvin was SUPER helpful to me in my search, Brandee helped me sign up for the rewards program, and Calvin and Payton both were such a huge help in installing it on the back of my car. Awesome customer service! Great location.

Great store and they have a lot of things that I need monthly. I would give 5 stars if they ever had enough Cashiers running cash registers! There is always not sometimes a long line to check out and its getting old! Especially when there are several other employees wandering around!

Had to get a new well pump from tractor supply. I got there only minutes before closing. It took me awhile to figure out exactly which one I wanted. The cashiers never rushed me. They were very polite as if they were going to be opened a few more hours. It was twenty minutes past closing. I was so greatfull to be able to get the pump. Lowes and home depot didnt have what I needed.

While shopping in the store the staff was very helpfu . Then I walked out and noticed I had locked my keys in my truck. Jackie Sewell was a life saver and was a great assistant in helping with getting in the truck. Thank you!

Im not in love with this store. There was a really long line. I saw the line and also saw a store employee walking by the line with absolutely no concern or even acknowledgement. I ask her to get another line opened up. She said okay, I can take you at this register. I hadnt even entered the line. She took me to the other register. Everyone in line was looking at me. I checked out and then said loudly, this register is open! Half came over to where I was. The employee should have opened the new line as soon as she saw the other register was backed up. Not good customer service. Had I just gotten in line like a good sheep people. She wouldnt have opened the other line.

This Tractor Supply staff goes above and beyond for there customers. I watched as a older gentleman was struggling with some supplies and a young man from T.S. Came over to assist him till he was in his car. Also while I was shopping cashiers greeted all who entered and also,when not ringing a person up would ask if the customer needed help in finding anything.I myself have been offered help and greeted nicely every time I’ve been to this T.S. Its really hard to find someone to help you hear and Ive found better prices at other stores. The selection is good however for other things that you cant find.

Good supplies for the homeowner and small farms. The best place (IMHO), to get propane filled. You only pay for the gallons recieved, not overcharged for a 70% fill like the swapout guys. Give em a try, you wont be disappointed. I gave 4 stars only because I believe that every business has the ability to do better, and this not a knock at their location by any means. Their employees are like any other, treat them well, they will always enjoy helping you.

Helpful, courteous staff. I go there for dog clinic, which is cheaper than vet for vaccinations. Dog food is good quality and comparably priced to online.

Never trust a lifetime warranty, unless you keep copys of every receipt for anything you purchase. Dont expose receipts to heat. They do not honor the advertised warranty.

Had exactly what I went in for. Had to search for customer service, but once I found them they found what I came in for.

You can find things here that you simply cant find in other places. Like tires for tractors and 4 wheelers, straps and hooks, feed and animal traps, chain saws and shovels, all under the same roof.

COVID review: if you care about your safety, do not shop here. Despite signs being placed by the entrance REQUIRING customers to wear masks, not a single person in the store (apart from the employees) was wearing one. Apparently, the rule is not enforced at all. The store has minimal room to stay away from other customers so if this is a concern for you, do not shop here.

The store is difficult to navigate and unorganized and there were items cluttered everywhere.I stopped to ask an associate where something was but they werent too much help. After searching for some time we did find what we were looking for but it was 2-3 times more expensive than other places have it selling for. Other items I looked at seemed to be similarly overpriced. Unless you need something they have urgently, Id go somewhere else or order online.The line to check out was terrible.
