Dr Nikki patiently explains everything to make sure I understand all my options. She makes sure that I am satisfied with my hearing aids and their performance.Ive been going to her for eight years and I just upgraded to a more technologically advanced set of hearing aids. She is helping me learn the features and is making adjustments to give me the best quality of hearing.I highly recommend her as well as Dr Bryn in the same practice.

Excellent service, the technician who administered my hearing test knew exactly what she was doing. Then had my hearing aids cleaned and updated them electronically so that my hearing was improved and the background noise interference was lowered.She was very polite, professional and patient.

This was combined with a consultation showing the basics and moving into a more detailed analysis of my particular problem as indicated by the hearing test. The overall professional treatment with the hearing clinic was exceptional. A very through exam was given, along with advice and a true evaluation of my condition. The Dr (privacy) could have easily sold a menu of devices to enhance minor results. Instead, a change in diet and some form of background noise will help resolve the issue.How incredible it is in todays medical arena to find asensitive, truly caring, physician that puts honest needs of care in front of $$$. The Dr could have easily directed me to $4000.00+ dollars of hearing aids options. Instead, She chose integrity, and the effort to direct me through in-house reading material along with her imput to decide what was the best outcome.To finish, I was an out of pocket pay patient, Im fortunate to have a successful small business. The test and exams were kept to a very reasonable amount. For everything I received, along with quick scheduling for my concerns.Overall, thank you, from the receptionist, to the physicians care, very impressed,They might even do some dog sitting for a cute pup in need.Very Happy Customer.

I was desperately needing a close by audiologist to evaluate my tinnitus and I have been suffering with this condition since july 2018. They advertise that they can help people with tinnitus I was never given the opportunity to even be evaluated I was shocked. I dont know why I was suggested to go elsewhere maybe they were trying to give me good advice I didnt take it that way. Their are many people who commit suicide with this affliction. An office should show compassion and give them that opportunity to come and get evaluated if need be. But thank you anyway I will go to my other audiologist that is further away that has been very helpful but sometimes the traveling is worth it she just doesnt the levo system but I am sure their are other audiologists that offer thesystem the drive is worth it when they care. The audiologist from another town recommended cowetta because they offered trt and masking aides for tinnitus. She was surprised that they didnt want to see me either. The audiologist from cowetta should have talked to me about the cancellation of my appointment and I was excited about coming till this day still dont understand. And to make this clear I called the 1st time for an appt. The 2nd time if it was alright for me to take any medication before coming to my appt. 3rd call to get answers if the audiologist said if it was okay to take the med. The 2 receptionist I talked with were very nice, but the audiologist should have called me to explain why they cancelled my appt. to begin with.

Dr Nikki took time to fully explain my hearing loss and tinnitus. She let me return my first pair of hearing aids for a pair that worked much better for me. I had called all around Atlanta to get an appointment for my son. Many places were already booked through December and January and although we were put on a waiting list I didnt expect much to come of it. However, this place was different and actually called us once they had an opening. Their staff was friendly, professional, and understood the urgency of our situation. They gave us copies of the test and ensured that our Specialist received his copy ASAP. I really appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend them.
