Staff was very friendly. The wait time was a little long, but not too bad. The doctor was great with my 2 year old grandson. He explained everything to me in detail. I would recommend this doctors office to others.

I had a 11:20 appointment signed in at 11:13 the receptionist failed to read names off clipboard. I noticed that every patient after me was asked for DL/IC. At 11:38 I asked receptionist if she needed my info. She finally replied with. She was very rude, unprofessional, and lacked the common communication skills needed for that particular job.

I saw Jordan and Solomiya during my first visit. They were both amazing! They were both very caring and professional. Throughout the entire procedure and test, they were constantly asking if I was ok, or if I was comfortable, or if I need anything. These lovely ladies are truly amazing. And the admin ladies are very helpful and friendly too. I was really happy with my visit! Thank you so much everyone :)

Visited for a hearing evaluation. Hayes, the audiologist created a very relaxed smooth experience by explaining everything required to preform the test. At completion the evaluation, she explained the results in detail with answers for my questions. Overall great experience.

Process from beginning to end was amazing. Dr livermore and his staff were great to me. Surgery went well and they follow up after to make sure you’re feeling ok.

I had my initial visit back in November 2020. I was in the waiting room for over an hour and when I asked how much longer before I was seen, the receptionist said there were 3 patients in front of me. Once I got called, I had to wait another 30 to 45 minutes before the doctor came in, the consultation felt rushed. I should’ve taken this as a sign and seek healthcare elsewhere. I gave them another chance and scheduled my CT scan. My CT scan went smooth and Dr. Livermore recommended to fix my deviated septum. I was told a scheduler would call me to book the surgery. 3 months later, after several calls and voicemails I still have no resolution. I finally spoke to the office manager Dawn who apologized for the mixups and said my chart was incorrectly updated. She not only promised to call me back, but the doctors nurse and scheduler would give me a call. Two weeks later I have not heard from anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Oh by the way, the only thing they were consistent and timely on was billing me!

I have never been to an ENT. I called ENT institute and had an appointment within a few days-a week. (not bad considering other doctors are scheduling months out) I saw PA Jordan first. She was a delight and very gentle and caring while she stuck a huge long camera down my nose into my throat LOL! I cried a little but she was sweet! I then went to my second appointment 2 weeks later and saw Livermore. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. I have had breathing problems and thought id have to go through a number of things before surgery was considered. Dr. Livermore told me he was putting in a surgery order THAT DAY! While surgery is a big thing, I trust him and cant wait to be able to breathe again. Thanks PA Jordan & Dr. Livermore!!!!

Dr. Livermore informed me in November that I would need to have surgery on my ears we planned for the surgery to take place on February 1st and he said his office will call on the Friday before to go over surgery prep and time I have to arrive well I never got a call and it’s been days now and never had the surgery when I was supposed to. He also swears I have a million allergies and wanted me to take an allergy test when he got the results back that I wasn’t allergic to anything he was so shocked. So based on my experience and the other bad reviews I’ve seen regarding his business i won’t be coming back I’ll find a better ENT that actually COMMUNICATES with patients and doesn’t leave them in the dark when they were supposed to have surgery. DONT GO HERE for yourself or your kids this guy is a joke

Had a CT scan on my nose today. On the phone when I made my appointment and again on the phone when they called to confirm, I asked if I needed to find a sitter for my 12-month-old. I was told by both ladies that the scan would be very quick so there was no need to find a sitter just for that. They both said there are enough employees there that they can watch him for the 2 minutes it takes to do the scan. And thats exactly what happened! (Sometimes when you ask that question, they tell you its fine to bring children and then its a different story when you get there.) An employee was kind enough to watch him AND she seemed to have a good time with him! :) From beginning to end, the staff was very friendly and personable but professional. The scan was quick and the tech was very nice. Also, the ladies at the front desk were very sweet and professional. So far, Im impressed with this place. Havent seen the doctor yet, so well see how that goes tomorrow...... :)

Get a second opinion if he tries to sell you on a septoplasty/rhinoplasty. Saw him for ear pain and he ended up recommending a septoplasty as well as rhinoplasty. It was nothing but a sales pitch. Saw a different ENT specialist today and he informed me everyone has a deviated septum to some extent and that mine is minor. It was very obvious to me that Livermore only intended on selling me on a cosmetic procedure.

I felt very comfortable during my visit. All of the staff were polite and the doctor was patient and knowledgeable. Exam was smooth and I felt I was in good hands. I will come here again if I shell need this type of service. and highly recommend.

Have had trouble for years. Everything I have complained about has been handled quickly and professionally. Dr. Livermore has been extremely helpful with my sinus surgery. He takes his time and allows you to ask questions. Love it there!!

I was refused care, due to PRIOR covid 19 test.(Thats the reason they gave).. i no longer have covid. The appointment scheduler, asked for my reason for the visit, made the appointment, just for them to treat me as if Im contagious, and refuse to PROVIDE care. As a healthcare worker im am disgusted, and ashamed that we have people like this in the medical field. I believed this was direct DISCRIMINATION. They even lied and said I was 30mins late, and my appt time was 11am, when I have an email, that confirms I was on time. Made me leave and come back an hour later. When I came back Dr. Livermore refused to treat me.

Staff is fun and friendly. Jennifer is by far the best audiologist I have ever encountered. She is a delightful combination of being both professional and friendly. She obviously loves her profession and provided the best customer service I have experienced in decades ! She explained in detail every step of the way from my hearing test through the fitting and fine tuning of my hearing aids. She sincerely wanted me to have the right type of hearing aids for my hearing loss and she strived to provide the very best hearing experience possible for me.

As many of us will inevitably experience as we age, I am dealing with hearing challenges as well as a thyroid challenge. Dr. Livermore and his associates have put up with me on and off for a year now and always treat me kindly and in a detailed and personal manner. I recommend them without reservation.

They fit me in right away to address several issues and actually got me fitted with a trial hearing aid as well. I liked their paperless patient chart update system too. ENT Institute has given my son a new outlook on life. As a child who was constantly ill from throat infections, having is tonsils and adenoids finally removed is the best outcome. We were turned away or passed off so many times but ENT took one look and authorized. The procedure, although not painless, was exactly as expected and he is on a path to wellness. The staff was always courteous and took the time to explain everything so that our young teenager could be prepared. The whole endeavor only took four appointments - a prescreen, pre-op, operation and a post-op checkup. We are very thankful for their dedication and support.

I called to make an appointment and got in the next day! Dr. Williamson spent a long time with us asking questions, answering our questions. She was very thorough! She is very knowledgable and did a great job of explaining things to us so we could understand! We had a great experience with our 3 year old!

When I arrived with my 85 year old mother to see about getting her better hearing aids I knew nothing of ENT Institute. My mother had made the appointment herself. She had been before and was not overly impressed with the audiologist, but like a lot of elderly people she wanted to go to a familiar place. As we were sitting in the waiting room I read the Google reviews...and was horrified! 1.8 stars? We were called back after a very short, reasonable wait, and I was fully prepared to leave with my mother if the audiologist that got so many complaints was the one in front of us. He was not...thank goodness. We were greeted by the new audiologist Jennifer A. Pound. I immediately challenged her with the Google reviews and she explained that changing that reputation was one of her primary goals...so we gave her a chance. She was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional...she knows what she is doing. She performed tests on my mother and came to the conclusion that she could help her quite a bit. That is an understatement! My mothers hearing has not been this good in 15 years! She is participating in family conversations instead of nodding because she cant really hear, she can hear in the car despite road noise, hold conversations in restaurants, and most importantly...she is enjoying church again. Jennifer sees mom each week now because the hearing aid is new to get feedback and make adjustments...at no charge. What a concept...an audiologist that cares! Despite previous reviews...if you need a great audiologist...allow Jennifer at ENT to change your life for the better. She surely changed ours!Adam Gault

Be very careful, wife went in for a pre approved procedure for a pre determined amount which we paid up front. Have been getting bills from them ever since. 77k for a 2 hour out patient procedure?? insurance paid them 44k. now they want more!? and have sent the account to collections after we contacted them on several occasions and they said they would fix the issue. UNACCEPTABLE.

The PA Esther was very professional and empathetic. I would feel comfortable going to her if Dr. Heindel was busy. Everything was a good experience except for a mixup. They had moved their office, but nobody told me.

I have to say this place has been the worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office period. We started going here last year around August, my son needed ear tubes. I would guesstimate we went to 7 to 8 appointments here and every time we waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes to see the doctor every time, keep in mind we showed up 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment every time. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor find another place to take you child to or yourself.

This was my first visit with ENT-Newnan. The office staff and medical staff were all very friendly and professional. I like how the medical staff listened and address each one of my concerns. I left with a very positive feeling that i am at the right place for my treatment.

About 6 months ago I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Drake about my hearing aids and with the doctor (Dr. Williams). When I got there I found out Dr. Drake had left the previous week and I was totally unimpressed with his replacement. I was then sent to see Dr. Williams and was pleased with her. So when I made my follow up appointment I was told she was leaving the next week. They had no idea who the doctor would be for my 6 month check up.I am not interested in a place that cannot keep their doctors.I found Dr. Heindels office and will be seeing him in the future. For those of you interested he is in PTC and is with Peidmont.
