Im 67. As you get older certain things become more important, things like:1) EASE OF DOING BUSINESS.Hassan made the whole experience pain free. He had all the answers, was extremely patient and didnt try to upsell me.I asked a question a got a straight answer...I like that.2) NO SURPRISES. Hassan explained when it was going to happen, how it was going to happen and why it was going to happen....and thats exactly what happened...no surprises, a very big deal.3) PRICING. I shopped 6 stores. Hassan got me, by far the best price.4) QUALITY OF WORK. Carloss crew showed up on time, was totally professional and did AN INCREDIBLE JOB.Attention to detail was fantastic. Even though we were just looking and not ready to purchase, Jake spent time helping us and explaining all of the different types of flooring, as well as their advantages or disadvantages. When I am ready, I will probably go back there.

The ambiance was great! The food was terrible and the train ride was uneventful. Definitely not what we expected for $150. We were on a Christmas dinner train ride. No lights to look at outside. Rode into downtown...not the good parts..stopped and reversed. The table was beautiful! The food was terrible. None of us ate our food. The dessert was not cooked through. Our waiters were very polite and professional, dressed well...no fun at all. We could hear n see laughter from the other car w the waiters

Ignore the other review - it does not reflect accurately upon the store itself and only on the users experience with hardwood. We replaced our floor using Lumber Liquidators hardwood and it came out beautifully. We decided to buy an extra 100 sq ft to cover our kitchen but our nearest location was out of our colorway. We came to this one in Newnan and it was a whole $0.30 less than our location!! The service was stellar. Got exactly what we wanted and they helped us out fabulously loading it into our tiny hatchback. Thanks Newnan Lumber Liquidators :-)Edit July 24, 2017... Our hardwood looks great still. No buckling or physical issue with wear and tear over time. Not easily scratched or anything like that. Our experience with the location was 5/5, AND the product is even better.

I had a Bamboo floor put in in June. The products were all purchased at this store and the Home service store, which the store recommended, put in the floor. A couple of months later the floor started to buckle and come up.The installers came back and thought it was a moisture problem, something leaking like the dishwasher sink etc. I hired a contractor to determine if in fact there was anything leaking. He determined there was no leaks and the floor or glue was defective. He pulled some of the floor up and there was no glue adhering to the wood. I took a sample to the store but they said the corp. office deals with this. The corp office will not back their product and tells me that it isnt the wood.I am now stuck hiring another company to tear out the floor and replace it then going to court to get my money back. The 30 yr warranty they brag about is not even good for 2 months!!
