Today will be my third time using them. The employees I met so far have been very kind and knowledgeable. I havent had any issues at all. And when they didnt carry the U haul I needed, they found a location that did. Greatly appreciated.

Excellent and prompt service. The cargo van rented was clean. The check out and check was seamless. The vans are newer as well with backup cameras and lane assist features. Overall good experience. Thank you.

I would not recommend this place at all. I made a reservation over the phone for my truck and a storage unit days ago. I am in between apartments, so I needed both. The woman over the phone seemed helpful and said she booked both. I go to pick up my truck and keys for the storage unit today, and the employee tells me there is no reservation for a storage unit for me. So now I have a truck to fill up and nowhere to put my things. This was the worst experience ever. Moving is already stressful, and then this made it worse. Uhaul should know by now that this process needs to be thorough and as easy for customers as possible. I am highly disappointed. I won’t be using them again.

I rented a trailer from them and I was double charged. I picked it up on Saturday and returned it on Sunday at 9am, but I was charged for 2 days. I have been trying to get it resolved directly from U-Haul for the past month, but I havent gotten anywhere. I am in the process of disputing it with Visa but that is a difficult process with my bank. I wont rent from them again until I get refunded the double charge.

Had an appointment to get a hitch installation(scheduled the day before, but was pushed back due to miscommunication from customer service), and they started 30+ min later then my initial appointment, I let them know I was moving the same day, no effort on their part! I will not recommend this location! U-haul is a great company, but this particular branch seems unprofessional and long winded. I even overhead customers asking them why certain things weren’t disclosed to them! So disappointing.

We went to this business as my Cousin needed a vehicle for his move into an apartment. We were offered and accepted a moving van, but due to the businesss decision to deprive the employees of adequate cleaning supplies and tools (i.e. a vacuum cleaner with needed attachments), the van we rented was not the cleanest it could have been. My Cousin and I took the vehicle to a car wash ourselves to wipe it down and vacuum it (especially during this time of a Covid-19 pandemic). We couldnt believe that these employees could not clean their vehicles to the standards of our new normal (or at least send them to a local business to be cleaned/sanitized). There are various customers in and out of these vehicles every week and they arent cleaned and sanitized to industry standard??? Thats crazy!

I absolutely wouldn’t recommend any other place! The staff here is AMAZING! I can always count on Jade to have an answer for any questions I have. Any time I have a problem she is always quick to help. I have used this establishment on more than one occasion and am always pleased with the customer service.

I rent a unit at this location with belongings I thought were safe. My husband and I went this morning to drop off some additional items only to find the entire unit was turned upside down. It was determined that water seeped into the unit and all boxes that were stacked gave way (mind you are in the building- closed building). This is something that absolutely COULD happen but as a business it’s how you take care of your customers that matter the most! 75% of the items were damaged and cannot be used again. One of their employees stated the General Manager- Chris- was on his way in but I told her I had to get back to work. We had planned to just drop off some additional items not stay the morning to clean out the unit and speak with the GM (although I wish I did have the time). I called the location back 2 hours after we left and spoke with Chris. I asked if he had a chance to review the damage and what can be done. He stated in layman’s term nothing. I was a little taken back and tried to figure out why. His response was due to Hurricane Irma all the water rose up to the building and seeped in. Come on... Weve had worse rains this year and there was never any damage to the unit. Mind you it didnt even flood. He then responded with the unit that is next to you is attached to the gutter so the water from the gutter got into your unit. Well the problem with that is only the bottom items towards the front of the unit were damaged so the gutter in the back of the building makes absolutely no sense. To settle the matter I asked if we can just get a truck free of charge and we just move our items out mid-month. I ended up contacting Corporate to get the matter resolved. I would like to note that the staff seemed pleasant and we would continue to rent here if it weren’t for the way this situation was handled. I really thought we could have a unit at this location stress free and free of any damages as it is a closed building. A little disappointed. If you rent here I would advise you place a bottom on the floor such as wood planks or something to that effect. Really, how ridiculous does that sound though?

BEWARE!! We moved our things out of our unit and were told to contact and file a claim with the insurance company because we had a problem with rodents in our unit after calling and addressing the GM?!? Definitely don’t mind paying for what is owed but paying $160+plus insurance through UHaul a month for a rat infested unit that our family and most importantly our kids belongings are supposed to be protected and preserved in are having to rid of because of a businesses inadequacy is worth writing a review about!! Equal Is Equal.

Id rather carry my stuff from Miami to Seattle by pack mule and wagon then to ever rent from this U-Haul or any U-Haul in general. They gave me a faulty truck that had a leak in the roof and managed to soak my mattress, couch, pillows, and two boxes of miscellaneous items. I filed a claim and was given optimism that they would help cover the costs of the items. I was then never called, emailed, or anything but rather sent a letter in the mail saying that they didnt see any negligence on U-Hauls part. How in the world is a truck with a leak in the roof not negligence on their part? I cannot recommend enough to stay as far away as possible from this store and all the people in it. I shouldve known the kind of company I was dealing with when I was renting my truck and the person who was helping me stopped after I had asked a question and said, Im sorry can you repeat that, I wasnt listening to you. Then when I called to report my damages the person pretty much said sorry, but not my fault.......STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We moved this week and had to rent a storage unit to hold most of our belongings and rented the 26 ft truck for our furniture to be moved in. Closing date was delayed 4 days and the people at this U-haul and storage REALLY came through for us! Their prices were the lowest in our area and they bent over backward to help our chaotic move go as smoothly as possible! Sabrina and Christopher provided outstanding and professional customer service. We wont be using anyone else in the future for moving or storage needs. They are the best!

Dropped buy to purchase moving boxes yesterday. Staff was VERY helpful - cashier and Manager. Friendly, professional and the storage was immaculately clean. Ill definitely recommend to friends and family.

Rented a trailer to move daughter to Savannah. Although I had reserved AND paid in advance....it still took almost 30 minutes to check out. They tried giving me a larger trailer. I thought it was because they were out of the size I reserved....until she hit me with--That will be $94 more, how would you like to pay? Ummmmm...NO, give me what I reserved thank you!Told to drive around back and someone would assist us. But only after we loaded it by ourselves did someone cruise by to see if we needed help. Not going to say service was bad... but definitely could use improvements.

Unprofessional, Poor Management and Deceptive Business Practices!If you are in need of a storage facility, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. My wife and I reserved a storage unit at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Newnan over a month ago. During our brief recent experience, we experienced the following:- Told the unit we reserved (10x10) would actually be 2 smaller units (5x10) with significantly smaller doors, because the system sometimes does that, and we dont have any control. This is a serious concern if you plan to move in furniture.- After getting into the (10x10) unit we originally requested, we found the unit rent was $10 more per month than quoted on the website in our reservation confirmation.- This facility is advertised as 24-hr access. However, after arriving at the facility after the office was closed with a loaded trailer, we were denied access by our key card. The after hours contact (Gen. Manager) was unhelpful, and did not even make an attempt to resolve the situation. He simply explained that 24-hr access was a separate elected option with additional cost. This was NEVER presented as an election during the reservation (online) or check-in (in-person) processes. In fact, we were assured that we could access the unit at any time by the staff during check-in.The lack of transparency and general ambivalence to the inconvenience it caused shows a distinct lack of respect for the customer. This company needs better management, better training and a customer service oriented attitude. I will never use this location again.

Very helpful crew, offered suggestions. I rented two trucks in three days and they were very nice and generous. Explained everything in detail.

Unprofessional management. Incompetent employees. I called this Uhaul location to schedule a reservation for a moving truck. When I came to pick up the truck on the day of my reservation I was told that I was supposed to pick up the vehicle from another location across town. When I asked management(Christopher Hill) why I was never informed I was to do this, the jerk told me, Im not going to explain to you why it is, but how it is. Really...GREAT SERVICE. This location does not value its customer base and certainly does not value their money or time.

I came in looking for a unit to rent. No one came to greet me. I could hear two ladies talking in the break room one door down from the desk, but not within clear view of the storefront. I then walked around the store opening the sample units, which made a lot of noise. Still no one came to help me. I then approached the desk in hopes someone would come speak with me. While waiting there one of the unit alarms went off on the t.v. No one budged! I then realized my personal belongings would not be safe at this location. I was in the store 10+ minutes and finally walked out. I could hear clearly what these ladies were talking about, so I know they knew I was there. Very disappointing. I really wanted to like this place.

I went to pick up my U-Haul reservation and they didn’t have it and sent us 25 min way out of the way to pick up the U-Haul to a horrible place. I will NEVER use them again!!!! Worst customer service ever!!

I have no complaints about the staff; however I have a complaint about the truck. The 10 ft trucks DO NOT have a ramp! The staff will try to get you to rent a dolly which is absolutely useless without a ramp! In addition the truck has a hitch that is in the worst possible place when you are trying to get heavy items in the truck without a ramp. I got the truck all the way home and found out this little tidbit.

Possibly of the greatest places to rent a van Ive been to. Great staff, sparkling clean, truly a top-notch facility.

Manager was very nice but employee (thin, black woman about 53) there didnt give me a warm welcome when I walked in. I walked up to her desk for help and she just stared at me for a few seconds with a filthy look on her face like she was aggravated. When I told her what I was there for she said okay? And then she was like oh! and went and got the manager. (I was there to fill out some forms). I dotn understand how ppl with those kinds of attitudes get jobs like these.

We went to the store off of bullsboro in Newnan and the young man at the counter was inept to say the least.He could not spell our name and refused to capitalize it, but it gets worse.We asked for a trailer one town away (peachtree city). He reserved us one in peachtree city, except when we tried to put the address in the GPS it turns out the trailer was actually deep in Atlanta.So for 20 more minutes of time we didnt have to spare, my husband and I sat in the truck outside on our phones finding our own trailer.Thank you Newnan Uhaul moving and storage (3003 E hwy 34) for absolutely freaking NOTHING!

Representatives are always friendly and efficient, and make renting a truck as convenient as it possibly can be.

Uhaul service is always great. I would reccommend this store over all others close by.

This is a very unprofessional business. Beware. The people their lie so much just to get their way all they do is scam people and get peoples money. They charged me $80 then $47 this was a whole big rip off completely. U-Haul needs to be shut down ASAP!
