Worst trip of my life gave me the wrong size truck they were supposed to give me a 10 I got a 16 both times...charged for 16 rather than 10.. nothing to strap my stuff in no blankets, truck broke down had to wait 3 days at a hotel to get my tires changed and then it broke down again I got stuck at a truck stop it would speed up and then just stop and had to drive it like that to take it into the shop rather than bring me a truck. Finally got a good truck and was able to get in to Atlanta. Week and a half almost rather than one day. 😪The Newnan Penske was AWESOME in understanding!!!Both TONY & VJ. Also Michael in PA noted my account to tried and get some reimbursement. 💯👍

Called and made three separate reservations for a truck.Each time this location called the day of reservation and stated they did not have that truck. This happened all in one week.Reservations mean absolutely nothing at this location.I was told there was none available in the Atlanta are. I found one in Alpharetta and the Newnan office said sorry we dont have a driver to go get it. Our driver doesnt work here anymore.This was very costly for me.

We pulled in with a service engine light on. They immediately began looking for the problem, as well as working towards lining up a back up truck and movers to transfer all of our belongings in the event they could not fix our truck. We were constantly informed, and they had us back on the road in our original truck within an hour.

This is the second semi Ive rented and the first one had no working air-conditioning and was extremely discussting inside and now this one has no working cruise control no engine brake and the air conditioning stopped working and it has trash in it from the last person that rented it.
