Very disappointing experience with this location and owner, Michelle. Paid a higher shipping charge to ensure speedy delivery, 3 days post said delivery day, still no package. When speaking with Michelle all she could tell me was they have no control of delivery. Maybe you should not offer separate fees to increase speed of delivery if it makes no difference Michelle. Very,very poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and ship elsewhere.

The owner and his assistants have always been courteous and respectful. I thought their pricing for shipping was a bit high the first time I used them. $27 for a 12×12×12 package that weighed under 4 lbs to Reno, NV. The last time I was in I had a bigger box 18×20. Shipping to Alabama was $70 for FedEx and $50 if I wanted priority. I passed went to the post office and it only cost me $24 for priority. So if you only want convenience, then this is a great place to utilize.

Just had a great experience at Pakmail! I had lots of questions and several different packages to send, and the staff member was so patient and helpful. I believe her name was Lida or Leah. She was so kind and had wonderful customer service skills! It’s so pleasant to have such a good experience in a world of poor customer service these days. Will definitely be back!!

Be beware of outrageous prices for shipping. Today my father in law was completely taken advantage of in this store. Charged $95 to ship a 5 pound 20x20x15 package he could of taken to the post office for a fraction of the price. Their rates do not match rates online by FedEx or USPS.

Every time I need to mail gifts for birthdays and Christmas, I simply bring the packages in and they pack them in a box for me. Its so easy!! I hate finding a box and tape and shipping labels. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I dont have to wait in long lines like the post office. I will choose them over post office any day.

Great store - just shipped 10 packages, handled very professionally, efficiently - and no typos on any of the addresses, remarkably!

Will not give them my business again. They have all of this high tech equipment that the bald guy who works there doesnt seem fully capable to operate. He wont allow you to use a USB drive to use in this elaborate set up, you have to email him any files that you want to use because he says that your USB may have a virus. I took a picture to him to simply scan and email it to me, and he couldn get the crop dimensions correct, so he just gave up and said he couldnt do it. Hes not a very friendly person with customer service as well. If you want a project done professionally and convenient, I would suggest going somewhere else.

Ill never use this company again. I shipped out an expensive family heirloom that was lost in the mail by UPS and I received absolutely no support from Pak Mail. The local manager here is worthless.

Without a doubt, the worst managed, least efficient Pak Mail franchise Ive EVER dealt with. You want to be insulted every time you walk through the door, talked down to like you are stupid & beneath Mr. Tim, over charged for ALL services, your goods broken due to improper packaging, then, this is the store for you. If you want good professional service, reasonable rates, your shipped goods to arrive on time at their destination & without being broken time after time, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Shipping prices are ridiculously high! The last time I was going to ship the price was double what USPS charges. A book of stamps are $3 more that they post office.
