The understaffed team members at the register were helpful and awesome. They remained polite and cheery even though there was only two them handling a consistent flow of customers. The store itself is a decent size and was nicely stocked.

Great selection of books for adults and children! Love the layout of the store, easy to navigate and very friendly and helpful store employees! Also its centrally located at Fashion Island, so its fun afterwards to go through the mall!

Of course this is one of my most favorite bookstores. It has pretty much everything you could ask for. And if whatever you want isnt in, the wonderful folks who work there will get it for you. I just love browsing the racks and racks of books, looking for my next great read. It is truly the best way to spend an hour or an entire afternoon.

Enjoyed how big it is, there is about 20% of the floor area used for board games. Staff is friendly and prices are set at retail, but are also very unique offerings so I think it makes sense. Newport in general is nice and this location is no exception.

This is an enormous store! Nicely maintained. Restrooms on both levels. You make your purchases on the first level near the door.

Almost the entire bookstore is dedicated to childrens things, definitely not my kind of Barnes & Nobles.

The best place to buy a physical book in the city. They have a large childrens book section, a music section, a game / toy section, and a large selection of magazines.

OK, if you want to find your favorite book and have a cup of coffee as your family do their shopping. This is a good place to stay. They have a fairly good selection of the best sellers.

I love Barnes & Noble. It is one of my favorite remaining book stores. It has a wide variety of books, helpful employees, and a very comfortable reading environment. Ive spent the day there and then left with like 5 great books. Overall, great place.

I love bookstores. The smell of the books, the ability to wander through and preview books you may want to buy. See a book on a shelf by an author you dont know next to another by another you do may lead to buying the unknowns book out of curiosity.Thats something thats hard to do online.

Great staff, but the layout of the store and the availability of the helpful staff left a lot to be desired. Of the many books on my shopping list, only one was available. And it was difficult to find. The staff member couldnt even find it. Would give the store an even lower rating of it wasnt for the great people who worked there.

Came to the store 2 minutes before close and a girl with glasses did not let me in because they were closing ! I drove all the way here to buy one thing !!!! So annoying

I always walk out 2 with several things under my arm. Nothing like visiting a book shop to be surprised. Toy section is awesome too!

Awesome store. I love spending hours here. Great coffee and food there and browsing is part of the charm. Also really near a great food mal so you can literally make it an all day experience

The books were all very organized, the staff were very helpful and hard working. I heard someone telling another to take a break but the guy said, After I finish this section! which I thought was nice. He was organizing books. It was very clean, and was connected to other stores in pavallion, which made it easy for us to navigate around the whole place, without getting lost.

Let me tell you if youre going to try to come up Barnes & Noble is the place to do it thanks guys for the awesome childrens Christmas presents for a great price

I went up to an employee at a register for a question and she immediately was like, Im sorry, I already clocked out and cant help you. She did call for someone, but that was so awkward. They also didnt have the book I wanted, but kindly offered to order it for me. They do have a great kids section here.

I love barnes and noble, but this location isnt my favorite. The top floor feels like a childrens toy store - with flashy and loud items - essentially anything but actual books. The downstairs feels small and there is not a great space to sit and peruse.

The last really great bookstore that you can actually go in and feel and touch books. I just stopped in and Im glad I did the one in Fashion Island because I had the new College version of oh the Places Youll Go. I highly recommend popping in here its a great little find

It was inside Fashion Island. The escalators will bring you down to the bottom level and there you will find plenty of restaurants to choose from. In this particular situation, the Starbucks was located inside Barnes and noble. Clean and well stocked Books and chairs,small seating areas to enjoy Reading.

I serisuly come to barnes and nobles so I can get the spinach feta pretzel from their cafe. So delicious

Love bookstores and glad that B&N is still around. Theyve got something for everyone, gamers to gardeners, magazines to journals, and books. Add a friendly staff and a beautiful store and what more could you want.

Great place to browse and find a good read. I often just go to look at the magazines. My kids could spend hours in the children’s section though. It’s way better than any toy store.

This is my favorite B&N! It has a huge variety to choose from. I called ahead to see if they had a book in stock and would put it on hold for me. They were super helpful and it was no problem!
