The girls typically give good advice, the color trainingwas pretty intense when I was there, but listening is important. The review stating her hair turned gray & ashy is laughable. I was manager at the time, advice was solid, listening to instructions was not. If you cant handle listening to instructions then go to a professional.

They need a more experienced staff. i did exactly what the girl working told me to do, my hair turned completely gray. i go back there today and the same girl was working plus another woman. i told them what happened and asked what to do because its my birthday and I cant have grey hair. she said i needed to do the toner again (ash blonde) even tho the hair sample color is grey and im trying to be more platinum.
