I had an snacking experience at mattress firm. I’ve been shopping around and somewhat aggravated at pushy salesmen.Walking into mattress firm was a totally wonderful experience . Diane Viera approached us and was so courteous and helpful. She was never pushy and was extremely knowledgeable.We tried several mattresses that were in our budget but wasn’t sold. She gently brought us up to the purple mattress exposing all the highlights. We kept going back and forth and never once did she get aggravated. She was so patient.We went home to think about it but it didn’t take long. Between Diane’s personality and the purple mattress I was sold.Today I went in to do the financing. Diane was out but Betsy knew all about our order and took care of every detail and she took good care of us.My husband and I are so pleased. I only hope weLove the mattress as much as we love your sales team!

The store representative didnt listen very well when we entered the store. We had done our homework and were interested in a few specific mattresses based on our prior experiences and needs. However, he seemed intent on following his script and wouldnt let us explore those mattresses until he decided. Additionally, he seemed to get upset when I didnt like some of his suggested pillows or declined his offer of an adjustable foundation.Unfortunately, the mattress delivery was also complicated. The delivery crew came on the selected day, however, it was not the correct mattress. When we showed the crew, they were very responsive and quick to take the incorrect mattress back. However, when they returned later that evening, they brought an opened/used mattress. We were also unable to accept that mattress. The next day, we heard nothing from the delivery crew, the warehouse, nor from the store representative. When we called the store, the representative wed been working with all along (Reggie) stated there was nothing he could do, but we were welcome to drive to the warehouse ourselves (in a different state) to pick up the king mattress in our car. When we told him we couldnt do that, he said again there was nothing he could do, and we would have to wait until the next available delivery day. We told him this was inappropriate, as we had already had our old mattress returned based on the prior promised delivery day. He hung up on us. At the end of the day, Reggie drove up to the warehouse and dropped the mattress off on the sidewalk in front of our house.Overall, it was a very disappointing experience from a customer service perspective, and I cant, in good conscience, recommend this store to anyone else.

I bought a calafornia king beauty rest mattress I was excited from the initiatal in store purchase but that’s where it ends. Delivery day they showed up with missing parts to my frame they told me it happens all the time. Second issue the mattress was severely damaged in the delivery process from being on its side in the truck. They resolved that issue and sent me a new mattress a week later and discounted my total purchase by 150 dollars. Now as of right now my box frame is defective and squeaking so i called them up and they told me I have to pay 112$ for shipping because it doesn’t count as a comfort thing. They said the alternative is to call and put a warranty claim in and hope they’d cover it.Totally dissatisfied with the whole buying experience and would seriously erge people to be cautious with this company and location.

Buying in store was fine but dont bother getting it delivered. Ended up waiting almost 12 hours for my mattress.

Im putting a star in the middle, I would not say 3 stars are appropriate, more like 2.5! My first trip I purchased temperpedic pillows from Bev, she was very pleasant and friendly. Bev and I spoke about a floor model bed that was sale,. I told Bev that I would have to discuss the purchase with my husband. When I returned a week later for the Temperpedic bed, Bev was not working, we had to deal with Betsy! This was something that I didnt want to have to do. She strangely showed us a picture of her in her phone, in younger years in a bikini. How uncomfortable for my husband and I. I later asked her if the woman who was giving me all of the information about the bed last time would get some type of commission, after all Bev had been dealing with meFor months as I inquired about the bed multiple time., she had assured me that commission would be split. When I ran into Bev, she had no clue about it. Not only did this woman show us her strange pictures and offered to go outside and smoke cigarettes with my husband. She lied. I dont want to ever shop anywhere that I am lied to agai!

Dont buy anything from them, Purchased a $2000 mattress, and 3 years later it is unusable....But sleepys says its up to specifications. BS. If you want to be ripped off go ahead a buy a mattress here.
