This is a cute store with some very cute souvenirs from Oregon however the lady working was such a grump. Absolutely no customer service. We spent about $100 in the shop but honestly I would not send people here because of the vibe this lady gave off. It was around 12:30 on November 3rd. Maybe she was needing lunch who knows. Wechecked out the stickers and she walked over to us without a greeting and stared at us intensly, watching us without a word making my family and I feel super weirded out. I get being grumpy but dont make customers feel watched and uncomfortable

Stopped in here while we were walking around downtown Newport. They have a decent selection of local goods the only stuff we were drawn too is the wine selection. We picked up a local wine. The shop is super clean and the staff is very kind. Definitely a great stop for a souvenir while supporting other small local businesses.

Nice selection of things from Oregon if your looking for a gift or souvenir. They have pottery, t-shirts, food items. The usual magnets, postcards, coasters. They also had local wines and some beers. Had a lot of Bigfoot related things. Worth the stop, if you can find parking.

I had visited this store three years ago and purchased a pendant. Recently the pendant broke and I was trying to find a replacement. I called the store and reached Chris, who was extremely helpful. He gave me his e-mail address to send a picture of the pendant, and then took the time to comb through their inventory to see if he could find a replacement, then called me to let me know what options we could pursue to find a replacement. The time he spent assisting a customer from three years ago and across the country is very much appreciated.

Always a fun place to shop and the lip balm is THE BALM!

Much cleaner gift shop than the other shops in this little district. I bought a really nice looking Oregon hoody sweater in late July because it’s always cold on the Oregon coast. Now I’m back home in California and won’t see that sweater until November lol. 4/5 because the lady at the register didn’t seem to care if I needed help or not.

Im guessing this store is closing down by how it looks. This use to be the store everyone wanted to go to when walking the bayfront. Nothing to look at now. Glad our trip wasnt waisted, and were still able to get oregon items from other stores on the bayfront.

I am a minor with a medical condition . The man that was working at the counter asked me if I had a mask, my sister told him we were younger then the mandated age and I informed him of my medical condition still he said to me and I quote, Fine then go shop outside. This was rude and hurtful. I would also like to add that he was very white and I have darker skin . He treated me very terribly and and made me feel unwelcome

I would have to say I have been coming to this store for the last 5 years and I have never had this great of customer service. I think the gal that helped me name was Sheri and she was very helpful and polite.

Best souvenir shop on the historic Bayfront. Very clean and well managed. I really like the assortment of memorabilia although most of the items are made in china, it still beats all the other shops by a mile.

Showed up before they supposedly closed and they were already closed :( I went next door to 101 and the sweet girl there informed me they always close early sometimes up to 2 hours before the posted time. Ill give my money to the Portland store.

Get place to go to get your Oregon stuff! They have everything you could want. They have wine, shot glasses, clothes, hats, jams and the list goes on and on! The people that work there are great the prices are good and its on the bay in old Newport. Theres a beautiful view! I love shopping here, next your close stop in and check it out!!

Charged me for 4 post cards that I never bought. I spent $85 and they needed to charge me $2 in post cards that I didnt get. Didnt even look at post cards. Very shady way to do business. I dont live in Newport, so I can take my receipt back. Wont be back and wont ever say good things. All because of $2. Hope it was worth stealing from me.

Customer service sucked. The man who was the cashier was unfriendly and made no eye contact. I wished him a happy new year and he didnt say a word. Good customer service would help customers come back.

This is one of the nicer Made In Oregon store locations. It has the best selection of Oregon and Pacific northwest shirts and sweatshirts.

I bought a $12 coffee cup, thought Made in Oregon, yeah Ill pay a little extra seeing how it was made locally got home and peeled the sticker off the bottom and what do I see underneath it? MADE IN CHINAI dont mind supporting a local company, as a matter of fact I prefer it. No way I wouldve spent that much money on a coffee cup, wouldnt been far too overpriced. Its a shame.

Unique gifts all from Oregon businesses and artisans. Perfect place for building gift baskets for the homesick, such as college students and those deployed. Can be a bit pricey, but its a niche market; thats to be expected.

Everything thing you didnt know you needed is here and its all made by local artisans.Dont forget to grab a (That Oregon Life)t-shirt and a hoodie to show your State pride. To keep the family from getting jealous you might want to pick up a few extra shirts and hoodies :-)Maybe I will see you there?
