I had a $50 + purchase and one item was left out of our bag, the one we were looking forward to most. I called and went in the next day to get it. I didnt have my receipt, well, because its candy... The manager gave me my goodie, said I may not have been charged but wouldnt let me pay for the apple. Ill be going back. Often.

Absolutely the best fudge in Oregon. Two Scandinavian women take pride and delight in hand dipping crispy green apples in melted caramel and then adding a variety of mouth watering toppings. Caramel apples made the way they are at 2 Kids Candy Store is rare indeed. Back to that mouth watering fudge. Honestly other than grandmas secret recipe there is nothing like it. Smooth, creamy, marshmallow tasting. Fudge melts in your mouth and makes you weak in your knees. The women responsible for the velvety delight infuse their fudge with fun and love. You can find flavors like birthday cake or chocolate caramel, to old fashioned chocolate. There is strawberry shortcake, raspberry cream, boston cream, and so many more. I recommend the 6 pack, buy early and eat because you will be back for more. They make caramel corn. Cheese corn, lots of chocolates, truffles and hand dipped delights such as double stuffed Oreos or giant peanut butter cups. There are rows and rows of salt water taffy, and old fashioned licorice and penny candies sold by the pound. They have a wall of jelly belly and more. A true Newport Oregon experience not to be missed. As a foodie and taste blogger, 2 Kids Candy Store is top of my list of favorite places for a sweet treat... or 6.....

This shop is clean and organized and the staff was friendly. We were able to come in and get a super small portion of candy for the kids to share from the by the pound. Worth the stop if you are looking for a candy place in Newport!

Do not recommend, horrible service. I recommend going down the street to the Newport Candy Shoppe. Much better service. 🙂

Every time my family comes to New Port we stop here. Today was no different. They are the best candy store. Great selection and great service. You are also great with the kids.

This the best candy store on the coast. Friendly service and awesome selection. I loved the popcorn and rocky road but you can find almost anything here. I highly recommend you visit this place on your next trip though Newport.

Such a neat place!! Not to say my age lol but they have candy here that I ate as a small child. The only thing missing was the candy lipstick 💄 remember those 😂. I had so much fun looking around here. It’s fun for all!! Tons of yummy chocolates to choose from. We will definitely be back here when we come back to Newport.

I love salt water taffy and this place had plenty of it. They also have a nice variety of different and hard to find kinds of candy. Prices are reasonable for the bulk candy. Would recomend if youre in the area give them a try.

The only bad part of this store is the size. It is so good and so popular that it is always very crowded. I drive an hour to get here once a year for the salt water taffy and caramel apples and it is worth the trip!

Very rude staff. Need to learn to be nice to customers children or dont run a candy store. I will never return to this poor excuse for a store.

I just went yesterday to get some taffy since I was feeling a bit down, and whoever the very charming lady at the front was instantly put me in a better mood. Along with that, this taffy is incredible. I hope to come back again the next time Im in the area.

The store is really cute and they have every kind of selection for candy. But we felt really uncomfortable there. My sister had her 2 daughters and I had my 2 year old son. And one of the women working there was just monitoring us like we were about to steal the candy and make a run. My 2 year old was holding his little bag of M&Ms and was looking at other candies close to the door and she didnt take her eyes off us. I dont know if thats store has had instances were people have stolen from them but I really dont like being followed around a store being monitored what i am doing or what my children are touching or looking at.

Wonderful people, awesome chocolates and oh so good bin and aisle selections of candy. All the salts are amazing. Bacon maple salts, pink rock salts and more on every cand there is. Omg yummmmm. Plus, the jelly bean selection is on point!

YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY!!! I bought the chocolate pnut butter bars, they are so super great!! Salted milk chocolate honey carmels, amazing! Salted pnut butter cups, OMG so good!!! Not sure everything my husband bought, I know he very much enjoyed every bite!! Love this place!!! I am from Portland and thought prices were just fine. Service was friendly and great. Went here because we only had our debit card, so super glad we stopped in!!!

Will shopping on the bay front and deciding we needed some sweets, my wife and I walked into this candy store. A gentleman was telling a story to one of the clerks and when he left, the clerk said to the other employees that all veterans are alcoholics.Everyone is entitled to their opinion but maybe not in a public setting when representing a business. We said something to the clerks and took our business down the street. Their employees were shocked to hear this and said it was wrong to say that and they supported our countries veterans. I will never stop here again because of this. Thank you to all that have served our country and given us our freedom.

Wow! I would definitely recommend you check the store out! It is a little pricey but there are so many choices of some really great candies!

The taffy was fabulous. It was very soft and flavorful. Weve been to several taffy shops in town and this has been our favorite. We will be back.

Large selection of candy friendly staff offers local and military discounts and prices are pretty low it is also the only candy store on the Newport bayfro t that takes credit/debit cards

Friendly service but the taffy was pretty hard feeling so we decided to go elsewhere for that. The strawberry cheesecake truffle and the m&m and chocolate covored twinkie were pretty tastey though.
