The fruit bouquet was a big hit for my cousin who turned 98 on Saturday. I added the Birthday balloon and it was a real surprise for him. Great gift for those folks that live out of town. The delivery was made the same day I ordered the arrangement. I have heard that the fruit was very fresh and tasted wonderful. I would definitely recommend the Newport Edible Arrangements location for anyone ordering.

They went above and beyond to deliver a fruit bouquet to my friends. She was in and out of the hospital and it was hard for me to pin point a delivery time. Missed the first delivery (my mistake) but tracked the recipient at the hospital for me while I was at work the next day and brought it straight to her. She hadnt been eating a lot and I thought to myself,what better than to eat some fresh fruit on an upset tummy. And her and her husband who was by her side said it was beautiful and delicious! Thank you so much, so grateful :)

The arrangements are always good but I was wondering if their delivery van had a turn signal?!? I know it has a gas pedal because the driver used it and about crashed into me as it was weaving thru lanes from Cinti to 471 - hope you got your delivery where it was supposed to be without causing an accident 😡

I ordered an arrangement for Valentines Day for my husband with chocolate covered strawberries with one heart shaped pineapple slice in the middle . I picked it up and paid $45. Most of the strawberries weren’t completely ripe, so they weren’t very sweet and didn’t have much flavor. A couple of the strawberries were mushy, as if they were old. This is not what I expected for $45. I had received these arrangements in the past as gifts and they were absolutely amazing. I am not sure what happened with this one.

This location is very unprofessional. I tried to place a pick up order over the phone, to which no one ever answered I was left holding for 6 minutes. So I decided to just come in which turned out to be a HUGE mistake. I was rushed because apparently they were closing and I recieved a rushed box which I was not happy with. Called corporate and they forwarded my complaint to the manager KRISTEN or CHRISTINE. This person was very rude and wanted to have a screaming match over the phone and DID NOT by any means want to rectify the issue. She claims she the owner but shes just an underpaid manager!Dont waste your time at this location, take your time and make your own box. I guarantee youll have better results and FRESHER FRUIT!

Never will order anything for valentines here again. I paid the extra $15 for strawberries to be ordered to my mom who lost her husband. I waited all day long for her to get them, and she still hasn’t received them. I’m wondering how many other people got what they ordered while I’m still here wishing my mom was going to be cheered up today. I usually love this place but busy or not, be a little more timely with your orders. Also, I asked the lady on the phone if I could be refunded my money for the delivery fee since it’s technically not day time anymore. She told me “no sorry can’t help.” RUDE!!!

Awesome place and service was great

I had a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries sent to my wife at work for Valentines day. I paid almost 50 dollars to get them to her. They looked like an 8th grade Culinary student dipped them. I the strawberries were about half ripe and six were completely rotten. She had to throw them away. I have never been more disappointed. We are getting ready to celebrate our 25th anniversary this year and this was our 27th Valentines day together, and by far the worst gift she has ever gotten from me.

Rotten strawberries with very little chocolate...unbelievably poor quality. Embarrassing considering I gave them as a gift to someone. Won’t be ordering from this store again.

The owners are very unprofessional, the delivery driver drives like a fool and customer service stinks. Chocolate covered rotten fruit!
