Nice little comic shop. Small but has a lot to offer. Could be a bit more organized but that is the fun of going to a new shop and looking for hidden treasures.

Loved coming here as a kid. Fun to stop in again. Wayne the owner is a super nice guy. He’ll give you a very fair price if you’re looking for any silver age issues he happens to pick up in collections.

Best comic book store in Newport R.I

Just went in here for the first time. I took my 4 boys there and they were very excited to go into their first “real” comic book store. We were greeted by the owner Wayne. Sorry if it’s not Wayne. But he was great! The kids are hooked and we will be going back. I even scored a box of old school rubber wwf wrestlers! It was awesome and I’m delighted.

This was only a quick stop while walking with the family. The owner was friendly. Shop had lots of comics. It looked like they might be reorganizing a bit.

I pretty good comic book shop with a wide arrange of comics to choose from for a great price, only thing I wish was better is for the store to be kept a bit cleaner and more organized to make looking for comics a much more enjoyable experience. Other then that a great comic store that I recommend checking out.

Extremely disorganized, dirty and in drastic need of a face lift. The staff didnt even acknowledge me even though I was the only one in the store. Apparently his phone conversation about his foil MTG card was more important than his actual business. Im truly at a loss as to how theyre still open if theyve really been under the same ownership since 1998 as their website suggests. And to top it off when I called at 645 pm to see if they were going to be open as soon as I could get there, the guy said they may close at 7 or 8 depending on how he was feeling at the time... Definitely wasnt worth the rushed drive over.

Very diverse merchandise. In addition to comics they also have used books as well.

The Annex is a great place with a great community. I really enjoy going there for Friday Night Magic.
