Horrible experience! Bought 3 pocketbooks, one had a broken zipper. When returned (the next day) the sales girl insisted I called her Chinese. I would NEVER ever even say such a thing! Absolutely rude, disrespectful and would never ever recommend this store! I am still stunned that this happened!
