They went above and beyond for me last week! We were shipping out an order to a customer that realized they needed to update their shipping method since they were leaving for vacation. This location not only intercepted the package but also talked through which option would be best for our customer. She ultimately received her package in time, making us look good. Super efficient, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond.

The staff here are professional, helpful and extremely proficient. They are smart, nice and really on the ball! Nick, Katie & Suzanne are awesome. It is always a pleasure to go in there. Even if it’s busy they are doing their best to give great customer service and get people serviced as quickly as possible.

Customer service and communication skills of the new young male employee working there need improvement. He comes off as extremely rude and seems to have a really bad attitude. The other workers who have been there a long time are all really nice folks. I’ve been using this location for years (Since 2014) and this is the first time I’ve seen this individual or had a bad experience there.

I use this location primarily for copying architectural drawings, and shipping small items, and I consider their service outstanding. They are helpful, courteous, expeditious, and fairly priced. I wish more of my business dealings were as gratifying.

The girl on duty took care of my package as she was handling shipping someone elses. it was very impressive.

Awfull service. Had a package mailed from Johnson Popcorn in NJ and was delivered Nov 27, 2016. Ups driver was to lazy to put package on the covered porch and just left it at a 300 foot driveway in the rain. Package was got all wet.
