If I could give 0 stars I would. They took my screen door to replace the glass in it. Told me it would take 2-3 weeks. They had it almost a month and a half with no contact whatsoever to explain the delay. Then when it was finally done they had the audacity to charge a $75 service fee to put the door back on that THEY TOOK and then tried to accuse me of having parts to the door that they left at the shop. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

What I like about this business is: 1.Locally owned. 2. I met the owner. 3. Honest on what they can and cant do. 4. Terri is on top of call backs, set-up, and knows whats going on.Its good to have just such a place that you can trust. No bull.

Amazing customer service. They let me know that my wiper blades needed replaced and took care of that for me. Very fast and efficient. Quality work thats why there still in business they know what there doing.

The people were great!!

Hamilton Glass was able to find a tempered, decorative, specialty glass for a steel door in my historic 1950 all-steel Lustron home, when a glass company in my hometown said they couldnt get it. Hamilton did a great job with an unusual project, and cleaned up the work area in my garage afterwards. I highly recommend them.

Brought in an older window of mine that had fallen out and broke. They explained there were supposed to be a couple plastic tabs that held the window in place that had gotten old and broke causing the window to fall out. A couple weeks later (I caught them during their busy time) and I installed my new window without any problems. Would definitely recommend them.
