Came to town for a basketball tournament. Truck wheel was making an awful noise. They were busy and took the time to look at my truck understanding me being out of town. They determined it was just a ball joint needing some grease. It was plugged, they replaced it, and sent me on my way. A simple fix but it was the time, patience, and the service that was awesome. Also NOT taking advantage of a person from out of town and in a panic. Thank you gentlemen!

I came to Bud and Steves for an alignment and unfortunately my suspension needed work as well, they were upfront and honest about the extra work that was needed and were able to complete it all within a few days. I live out of town and didnt have to worry about whether my car would make the trip home. Thank you Bud and Steve!

Took my equinox to Conklin bc of a weird popping noise when I turned. They said sway bar was bent and wanted to replace my whole front end for 5G. Took to Bud n Steves, they figured out it was my rear differential. Cost me only 1200. Hard to find that kind of honesty and quality these days! Thanks guys!

I didn’t use these guys for service but today I was down at the courthouse to register a vehicle and I forgot tools to take off my plate. I thought rather than drive the 15 miles back home to get some tools, I’d stop and see if they would let me borrow some pliers to take my plate off. Well when I went in to ask them, they stopped what they were doing and happily came out and took it off for me! And they didn’t want anything in return. Thank you Joshua and the nice man at the front desk. Next time I need service on one of my cars, I’m coming to you. This just showed me that there are some really good people there.

I’ve been coming to Bud & Steve’s since 2009. Mostly for routine maintenance on my vehicle. I purchase tires from them every 80,000 miles or so because they will care for the tires for free depending on what’s wrong with it. Free for a simple patch/plug if you need it etc.Few months ago the engine oil cap got left off and it sprayed oil under the hood. I called and left a message for their staff since it was after 8pm when I got the car picked up.When I returned today to get my car serviced for my next scheduled oil change, I found there was ZERO charge! No charge for the 1. Oil change 2. Tire rotation 3. Fluid check/fill 4. Systems check 5. Reset of the car mileage control. ZERO! I was so surprised! They said it was covered because of my troubles with the last maintenance I had.I most definitely would recommend Bud & Steve’s. They are honest, reasonable, kind, and quick with all the services I’ve ever needed. 5-stars in my books.
