Had new flywheel clutch pressure plate and shifter put in my cobras mustang . Taking car apart they broke aluminum mounting tab broke now I have car with new equipment but cant drive have to take car to real garage to weld and redo what ever wasnt done right all work was done correctly, they are more part changers, the mechanics that work there are doing exactly what they are told. Im use to big city where they would have had the capabilities to repair what they break . Im sure the mechanics didnt like doing this, it was all management and there inexperience working on a car 26 years old and having only70,000 miles on it . It still has paper tag on motor from 1996 when block was made in Italy. Ye s I was expecting more, all my union fiends and family are sharing pictures of repair

The mechanics got me in and out super quick and were prompt to answer all of our emails leading up to our appointment. The quote was exactly the same price we were told(probably doesn’t happen every time) but I went in thinking there’d be $15-$50 in extra fees and found out there wasn’t. Four new tires in an hour and a half, y’all. Exceptional service.

Ryan Riggs is definitely a people person. Willing to help you out in any reasonable way possible. Very knowledgeable employees as well.

JUST what I look for in a repair shop

Amazing staff! Great service! Came into town with an old 95 Chevy Van20 conversion with a very old duel muffler set up that started falling off along our cross-country route. Magnum Automotive was amazing! One day turn around and were back on the road! Great work and great people! Highly recommend if youre in Newton or Jasper County!Edit* just drove away and our old van sounds like a new Tesla!! WOW if we lived here this would be our go-to repair place always!

Incredible customer service, quality work at an honest price.I just moved to Newton and needed exhaust work. I went to the competition first and they said it would be three days before I could be seen. I called Magnum and Jim said bring it in and let’s see what we can do. Jim looked at it and said he could take care of it. They gave me a ride home and came to pick me up when it was done. I was on a time constraint. They had the exhaust work done so quickly I still had three hours before I had to get on the road. I knew my u-joins were bad, so I asked if they could do that since I was here and had the time. They did that too. Can’t say enough about this place.

Everyone is always friendly and assists with whatever your issue may be. Timely service, accurate quotes, courtesy calls and reminder text messages made my Magnum Automotive experience top notch!

I will not bring my vehicle into magnum again. Every time I bring it in they manage to break something and come up with way too high of a price. Dont come off as professional. I do not feel I was being taken care of at all. 0/10 dont recommend. Very deceptive

I took my vehicle in for an oil change & potential warranty work due to an unexplained chugging [in my words]. There was no check engine lights on or any other indication that anything was wrong. They were able to diagnose the problem & seamlessly work with my warranty company to attempt to correct the problem. Even though they had to refer me to a dealership they were very helpful & friendly. The service is always prompt & second to none. Thank you Magnum!

The front desk people were so amazing and helpful! They have amazing customer service skills. And the mechanics there are very skilled and very helpful.

I didnt have an appointment but was still able to get my vehicle serviced in timely manner. This facility was very clean. The waiting area was comfortable and offered refreshments. An additional problem was discovered during my visit, the problem was explained to me with options. I will definitely return here when my vehicle needs work. Stopped today after hours just hoping someone could tell me if my tire was safe to drive out of town to work the next morning. Just as they were leaving for the day, not only was my tire checked, but fixed for me as well. Great staff willing to go the extra mile. I purcashed new tires from them recently as well and was very pleased then as well.

Stranded hours from home in subzero temps near Newton. Towed to Magnum by our choice as the staff were the only ones who gave us any hope of help over the phone--other repair centers said they could maybe help us in a few days. We knew our problem made our car undrivable, but was likely something minor. It was, and Magnum diagnosed the problem quickly and got us back on the road. Thank you to all the staff at Magnum! So professional and wonderful. I cannot thank them enough.

Very high prices and a deceptive company who charged for an estimate without letting me know they had a charge. They are my list to avoid for auto repair.

Threw anotehr tread on the 5th wheel so it was time to replace all 6 tires. Had not planned to do it out here in the plains but I was out of spares and these tires had 7+ years on them so time to do it.They got us in and taken care of very quickly and did a very good job of mounting the new ones the right way so no more problems.Good job guys and the price was reasonable.
