The gentlemen that work here are very professional when it comes to their job. They explain everything thoroughly and the oil change and services they offer are very quick. I recommend coming here.

They do the job well. Only negative is that they are a bit more pricey compared to other shops. But they do the job well and dont cheat you.

I decided to give them a try. I pulled into the lot, and was looking for a place to park so I could go in to ask about the wait. Instead, one of the employees waved me in, and bada bing, it was done.

I have been to this establishment several times. The last two times I have come here, I have been visiting a tire shop the next day! I took two cars in the previous visit, both required tire replacements the next day. I thought it was just a strange coincidence. I went again to them two days ago and low and behold I had a completely flat tire the next day! I rarely complain about things, but for a single mom this is debilitating. Be careful taking your car here for an oil change.

Asthe name implies they were fast. In and out in about 10 min.

Just a little pricey, but they are fast and have solid service. Remember Walmart gives sketchy service.

They are work fast but do a great job. Yesterday a new employee broke the valve stem off of our tire while changing the oil. The manager was very and told us to go get it fixed somewhere else ( they dont fix tires ) and they would pay for it. What wonderful people.

It was my frist time coming here to get my oil change an i gotta say I would give it 20 stars if I could!! They changed my oil at a very good price were Extremely quick got me in an out in 20 minutes. They also went out of their way to actually vacuum out my car for free! I couldnt believe it i was so pleased. Id definitely recommend going here for your oil change in newton. Ill be back!

They were very fast, courteous and professional. I watched them check everything through the door (Fluids, wipers, tires...) and they showed me the air filter which was quite dirty so I had them replace that as well. My car takes more than 5 quarts so it required additional cost which I was informed about before they started working. The total time was about 30 minutes. Overall it was a great experience.

My car always has problems, and I bring it here every time and they always take care of me. The employees are awesome, and very courteous. They dont charge me an arm and a leg for little things, and are super knowledgeable. I will be bringing my car here for oil changes and other little issues every time.

I went to get a basic an oil change around 4:15 today. Staff on chift did not ask me which type of oil change I was wanting. When I asked him about the fuel filter services they were not very sure about what it comes in the package deal. Staff didnt ask me if I needed a replacement on my wipers or my air filter. When they finished changing my oil staff did not vacuumed the front of my car. All these things I mentioned are always done when I go there but today did not happen, I was very disappointed. Plus all the things they put on the service check list as completed were NOT completed. Makes me wonder what else they dont complete. its a shame because I usually go there to get my oil change but I dont think I will after today.

Advertise one price charge you another. Never know what Im going to have to pay there.

They got me right in when my transmission was acting up. Found it was low on fluid, topped it off for me. I would definitely recommend!

Fast, friendly, efficient, no appointment necessary, priced right, decent hours. One of the few places in town that you can absolutely count on getting a Car Wash. Ive never seen it Broken, Out of Order, or constantly changing owners and hours.

I was visiting family so I decided to get an oil change whole in town since I used to go to this location years ago when I lived in Newton. The man that greeted me was nice and asked if I had been there before. I stated I had but it was years ago so I probably wouldn’t be in their system. After I sat in the lobby the tech came and asked me if it would be under a name of a person with the same last name. I said no, again I am not in your system. They did my oil change, I paid a ridiculous amount and left. The sheet I was given stated that the wipers/fluids were checked and “passed”. This in fact was not true. One of my wipers was broke and needed to be replaced and it was obvious by the flap dangling off. My back windshield wiper was also out of fluid and when I checked it was still out of fluid. I really didn’t think much of it so I just shrugged it off. About a few weeks later I was driving and I heard a “pop”. I took it in to the shop and they told me I had a really bad radiator leak and the radiator needed to be replaced. I believe this to be true because my check engine light came on, my temperature gauge was all the way to high, and my hood was smoking white. Looking back on this I believe this shop did NOT fill my fluids and my coolant ran low and eventually it cause that “pop” I was previously speaking of. So if you’re looking to pay $900 for a replaced radiator+labor go see these guys!! (or just make sure to check that they really did top off your fluids)

This shop is THE best!!!!! My husband and I were traveling through the area and had vehicle trouble. The guys at Newton Fast Lube were able to fix the problem and get us back on the road in a timely manner. Awesome place

As Im pulling in on a Saturday to get my oil changed a guy walks outside and waves me off like Im some sort of lost dog... Well Ill happily take my business elsewhere.

Feel like I was overcharged on my oil change services. I know I am a female but I know when things are just not right. Never been charged that much. But obviously I wasnt trying to make a scene .

I stopped in to have my oil changed and the tech asked me what kind of oil, I told him whatever the manufacturer recommended. After my work was done he informed me that my $42.99 oil change was $105.00!!!! He proceeded to tell me that full synthetic was recommended. HE DID NOT INFORM ME BEFORE DOING THE WORK OF THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE!!! His response was sorry. Not only that, most places give you a vacuum out and toss any obvious trash away plus, reset your indicator light!!!! THEY DID NONE OF THAT. What I wanted to say was please take your $105 oil out of my car and put my old oil back in!!! NEVER AGAIN.8/10/2018 - I would like to say the manager of the store was quite responsive to my issues and has addressed them, for that I would like to say thank you.

Don’t come here! I tried to get my fluids topped off and they were rude and refused! How can a person expect to see how friendly they are if they don’t occasionally top off the fluids for potential customers!

Couldnt be happier with the service we just received!This place was awesome got windows washed car vacuumed out and the oil changed all in less than 15 minutes time...no wait!

Beware, they do not check everything yet the sheet they give you on check out says that they did. Didnt vacuum, when questioned they just said sorry! Didnt offer to do it or anything else?So, if they didnt do this, what else did not get done? They seamed more concerned about selling me something than just doing the basics. Will go to dealership next time as I found out its cheeper.

Very negative environment. I pull up, and an employee walks over to me and tells me it will be a 30-45 minute wait. I look over and see 2 employees out the back garage door smoking cigarettes. I thought this was supposed to be FAST lube. Anyway... I’m not in a hurry so I say “no problem”’. The employee looks irritated and gives me a stare. I got the feeling he was trying to run off my business so they didn’t have to work.10 minutes later, they’re pulling my truck in. I watch them from the waiting room and see them arguing with each other. I open the door to see if it’s any issue with my vehicle that I could resolve. An employee snaps at me and tells me I’m not allowed in the shop area due to insurance reasons. So I step outside the garage door and continue to watch. He tells me I’m not allowed to stand their either. I ignore him.I watch that same employee go through the multi point vehicle checks. He checks my other fluids. They’re fine. He gets to my air filter housing and I watch him unscrew the screws of the housing, then fiddle around with some coolant lines around it and then put the screws back in. He didn’t lift the air cleaner housing or even inspect the filter!A few minutes later they ask me to come inside and ring up. The employee then has the audacity to tell me I’m in need of a new air filter! Are you kidding me! I try to be the bigger man and keep my words to myself. I kindly turn down the offer and tell him I’ll change it myself.Next he tells me my serpentine belt is pretty worn and he could have the guys throw a new one on there for 70 bucks.No way this is happening.That same morning I had just replaced my belt.What a terrible scam they are running up there.How many people have been talked out of their hard earned money? What happened to morales? Doing the right thing? Where is the customer service!I have been taking all my vehicles, my grandpas vehicles, and referring friends to the place for years.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.
