I always have a Lovely experience at this Home Goods and all the others..I absolutely love, love, love this store.

Nice store but didnt have what we went in for had to go to the one in Waltham.

Flora and Gabby were excellent in so many ways. I had some issues and returns and both of them were so accomodating. Great managers who really care about their customers.

Be beware making any returns HomeGoods Once, I tried to return a bathmat to HomeGoods and they accused me of stealing it to try to return it. Did I have the receipt? Yes. They simply said their item numbers didnt match so I must have stolen the bath mat. I have a graduate degree, a good job, and Im a mom of 2 little kids.. Im not going to risk going to jail by trying to steal and then return a $20 bath mat! I am shocked at the customer service and would never, ever, ever visit this Home Goods on Needham Street ever again.

Look at this enormous pasta and spoon..... also it was packed in there. mad cute stuff though.

Its a very well maintained homegoods store with a lot of variety and my favorite low prices. You can find quality kitchen ware, bath items, furniture, pet items, and more. Best find for me was a simple human double trashcan for $129. Would go again.

Great store to find treasures that look like you spent a lot on them! I buy many expensive handmade primitives at small shops but have filled in my decor with finds from HomeGoods. I even bought an adorable primitive sled here and it is placed with handmade items in my home and it looks expensive! Love coming here to see what I can find!

Always good to shop at HG.thpigh this time around found Lee qty,,variety I linen, bath -liquid, fine China section. The lady who rang my items was kind enough to upgrade me and get me the discount. Though looking exhausted, her service was excellent - courteous, helpful, quick

Had a bit of everything. Cashier, Flora, was very helpful and personable. They opened more registers to keep things flowing well. Seems well run and well stocked.

Ive been to a lot of homegoods, but this one is just way too disorganized for me. Things are not in any particular order like they are at other stores. If youre looking for something in particular, you kind of have to scour the entire store to look for it. Great products and prices though.

Went to Michaels of Newton. They sell home decor, accessories, floral, electronics, letterboards, office and school supplies, lighting equipment, board games, furniture, and books. Waiting for the 59 bus back to Newton Highlands station.

Today I went to home goods in Newton to buy bakery stuff, and found them very quick. The checkout line was not long, cashiers were dealing with some items there and I was patient to wait for them to finish. Their supervisor/manager, the African American lady in stylish hair style ( I remember she wear glasses) saw me and called the staff to help me check out quickly, I knew she looked like a supervisor since she dealt with my returned products before. She is very effiecint with motivation to serve the customers, she is very professional. I want to say thank you !

I unfortunately have to say that the customer service provided by Debra was horrible! She stocks items on the shelves in kitchen area and is very very rude and makes u feel as if you are bothering her if you ask a question!Will not help u look for an item, will bark at you where it would be if they had it!I have also personally seen her lie to a customer saying they did not have a specific item, waited for that customer to leave then went out back and brought the item the customer was looking for and placed on the shelves.Lastly I go in almost every day because I collect a certain and pottery, if she sees me she will absolutely not bring the pottery out that I collect. I have seen with my own eyes on three different occasions that she holds the pottery in the back until her shift is ending and she then puts it on the shelves as she is leaving.I do not understand why this woman cares what any of us are shopping for because we are spending our hard earned money in that store! Again this woman is one of the rudest most miserable women I have ever met working retail! She should not be allowed to work with the public!Her manager (Male Store Manager)has seen her first hand chastising a customer and did nothing! He has also lied to myself and another woman who collects the same pottery as I do!He told both of us ( on 2 separate occasions) that the store is no longer going to carry the pottery we collect!Again why do either care what we are buying! Shame on TJX Corporation for allowing this woman continue to make customers travel to a different homegoods because of her unpleasant, rude, hostile, miserable angry attitude!

Excellent selection and most of the sales associates try to be very helpful. I have had a few horrific experiences at other locations when I have needed help due to my physical disabilities. The are definitely high quality gems to be found, along with plenty of eaay decor solutions, usually more trend-specific, that are less durable.No stars off because the following seems to apply across all the Home Goods/Matshalls/TJ Maxx stores: examine natural or otherwise fragile materials VERY carefully, as the approach to damaged items is a bit... questionable? Staff/managers openly discuss quick-fixes, like using craft glue to stick an embellishment back in place in such a way as to disguise where the underlying material has begun to split; this feels especially disingenuous, considering the policy of limiting the percentage by which items can be marked down to what is seen in the Clearance section, regardless of condition, season, how much is intact, whether they work at all, etc.
